As soon as we checked in The concierge was extremely pushy trying to get us to go on a resort tour even after we told her we weren’t interested… I didn’t appreciate that we paid for a room to get harassed by someone trying to sell us something

Price for parking and when we went to park our own car you couldn’t even get in the parking garage. The machine you swipe your card through was not working. After letting the front desk know several times they kept saying let’s register your key again and that didn’t work. Finally other guest said they same and then they went ahead and called a technician. That was very frustrating but other than that the hotel is a nice spot.

In the bathroom in the tub, it’s was a little rusty and you may want to get a new shower head in the bathroom also.

The price! Especially since the pool was out of order and there was no discount given! It was too cold to get in the ocean so we were counting on the pool (we went for my niece’s birthday). No one even mentioned it at check in, we went to get in and it was closed. Also the parking garage… it’s across the street which could have been fine except we had to park at the top and there is NO elevator, so when checking out and carrying luggage up those flights of stairs was a disaster, especially for the teenage girls that brought way too much stuff.

Great location, clean, complimentary cookies and water were a nice touch!

Poor Maid Service....hair in bathtub from previous guest...never came to clean up or take trash out or remake beds.

The bathroom is very small. No breakfast. Foot wash station at the entrance from the beach did not work.

We loved the cookies!! The balcony with comfortable chairs and an outstanding ocean view were wonderful for a great rate. Beds were clean and comfy.

We liked the oceanfront location, the amenities were ideal, especially an indoor pool on a cold, rainy day; however the restaurant, the market, the valet parking fee are all over priced. $3 for a single can of soda is absurd and greedy. Rooms are very clean and comfortable however the shower was kind of pathetic with a clogged shower head that only worked good on one setting, bathrooms are super tiny!! A few friendlier attitudes at the front desk would be nice. The young, tall black man with the black glasses was not at all friendly and when I asked if there was a phone in the lobby to call my room, he blatantly told me “no”, yet when I returned from parking my car, I then saw two. At checkout I was charged for 4 nights of valet parking when I told the gentleman checking me in I was only doing valet the first night. Now I have to try to get that money back! Housekeeping does a stellar job so we were sure to leave a nice gratuity for them.

The beds were supposed to to be Queen size beds. Beds didn’t fit 2 people comfortably. I felt like my and my husband was sleep in a bed slightly bigger than a twin size.

Loved the location, loved that everything we needed was in close proximity. Loved that they gave complimentary cookies that taste amazing. Loved that the indoor pool was warm.
