The pool area needs to be redone badly. The floor is falling apart and you walk around with floor/paint chips stuck to your feet that get into the pool and jacuzzi.

Shower curtain was covered in black mold which my son is highly allergic to, the door to the balcony was so hard to open the front staff asked if we could switch rooms so they could repair the door, the carpet was filthy, and the pool was cold even though it stated it was heated.

I liked the room as it accommodated my family of 6 comfortably.

Parking place was a nightmare, I pay 30 dollars a night for parking where there was none and had to park on red zones or in a very super tiny spot if any available in the parking structure. there was no lotion that was provided by the hotel, unfortunately I forgot mine.

Almost everything was great, the room was great clean, bathroom was good n clean facilities was great clean nice decoration. The staff was very nice on cordial.

Wasn't told that we had to pay for parking that was if i can remember 50 or 60 dollars a night 🤔

The cookies that we were told by some staff they were for first day visitor but other gave them out every day. We didn't see any breakfast and we was up 6:30 7am every morning 🤷🏿‍♂️

The entrance driveway is VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate. The parking garage is EVEN WORSE ! The ramps between levels are EXTREMELY NARROW, and you can see where patrons have hit the railings on either side. I own a Ford F150 truck and I decided to park it behind the multilevel garage. *** Separate topic: the maid service was substandard. I had no coffee cups, no coffee, no water glasses. I had to go to Winchell's donuts for coffee in the morning.

The location cannot be beat! Close to the 5 and 8 Freeways, which will take you anywhere in San Diego. Very close to Old Town.

I had the expectation that I was reserving 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate my family. Although there were 2 queen beds, the sofa was not a bed and my family had to sleep on the floor. We were also confused as to why there was a fridge but no microwave in the room.

The room could use a little updating but was overall clean and comfortable. The mattress on the pull out sofa bed, which our daughter slept on, was worn to where you could see and feel the springs and probably should be replaced. At minimum should have some sort of a mattress topper on it. Carpeting was a little old, and although the room was cleaned well, there was one area that had a bad smell like something biological, maybe from a pet or baby accident or something. It was only in one spot so we just avoided it. Probably needs to be professionally cleaned with an enzymatic cleaner.

The hotel had everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean, conveniently located, beds we’re comfortable, pool area was nice, and it had all the amenities we needed. Customer service was excellent. Sophia was so friendly and helpful when she checked us in, and the warm cookies were a nice touch. The service at the Seaglass restaurant was excellent and so was the food. Wish I could remember the name of our server/bartender because he was great! Every interaction with staff during our visit was pleasant.

The whole place felt really tired and in need of a huge amount of TLC. The potential for the property is huge, but it felt neglected. The area itself was also really quiet, which could be seen as a positive, but very few places withing walking distance to eat or drink, if any.

I didn't like the parking set up and the pool needed to be cleaned up from debris of plants. Not every room had the same amount of space and no microwave.

1.The air-conditioning was not working well. The thermal box was set to fan, and the rooms started to smell and started to get hot. 2. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for a parking space.
