It needs to be updated, especially for the price you pay for the rooms. Only 1 elevator works.

I like the close proximity to the convention center.

Older building that is dark and dingy. Mirror in the bathroom was no cleaned from toothbrush spit around the frame. Older elevators and parking directions on the site were not very clear.

Great location, plenty of parking and the room was very spacious.

Our room was very warm and stuffy! We attempted to turn temperature down to no avail. Front desk said the air had not been turned on yet so only heat would come on! Seriously????? This is Ohio…snow one week, upper 70’s next. Need the ability to have air when needed. Luckily my friend brought a fan or it would have been VERY uncomfortable!

Loved the suite, comfortable furniture and beds!

$25 a day to park in the hotels parking garage and then cars were broken into. Rooms were cold it is winter. Top part of window was broken and laying in window sill. Bathroom shower tile needs scrubbed good. Mildew. People didn’t have hot water to shower.

Toilet made a high pitch noise sometimes, had to fiddle with it. The little shop could have stocked diet coke or pepsi.

Location is great, staff is always friendly. King suite is super comfortable, beds are comfortable. Close walk to downtown. Always love staying here for Leaf games!

Didn’t feel clean - bath/shower had a lot of mold, room was sold as having a sofa bed, but the mattress looked ancient, there was a smell of old smoke and “river view” was almost completely obscured by dirty windows.

Breakfast buffet is worse than most. Very overpriced, not well/consistently stocked (food or dishes), and service staff was virtually absent (couldn't get coffee or water at our table).

Rooms were well sized and decent quality for the price paid for a downtown hotel. Great location, onsite restaurant and bar are a huge plus when you're tired and just want to stay in.

Needs renovations, only one elevator was working and some things just look like they need updated. Room was not the cleanest. I had specifically asked for it to be cleaned very well because I have dust allergies and that was not done at all. There was a floss toothpick under where the sink was when we arrived. Little things matter and the room wasn’t cheap so asking it to be clean shouldn’t be a hard thing to do. Very comfortable and could be a great hotel if they had staff that did their job and paid attention to the smaller details. We also only had one washcloth but several hand towels. Attention to detail is important.

Beds were very comfy and within a block to where we were going.

We had a corner room, the windows were dirty from the outside obscuring our view of the river and city. There were holes in walls the wall paper covered it but was still there. No trash bags in the trash cans. We liked our stay, however we stayed at the Hyatt in downtown Cleveland two week before, for a Browns game, and felt like our hotel stay was cleaner. Oh and there was no valet parking

We loved room size and the view! The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect

There was a faint smell of smoke --I barely noticed it, but it bothered my wife when we first entered. I didn't mind finding out that parking was NOT included in the price we paid at booking (must've misread), BUT $25/night is outrageous, especially because we saw lots that charged half the price within walking distance (Although, I suppose those might charge you more for coming and going, whereas the hotel's pass didn't. But we only stayed one night and didn't need to leave until the next morning). The breakfast buffet was also not included, and ~$23 seemed reasonable, but when we saw they only offered scrambled eggs, one breakfast meat, and an assortment of breads, we chose to walk somewhere to eat.

The complimentary cookies we got at check-in were soft and warm! The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was split in two, with TVs on both sides. It's close to the Scioto River and pathway, which is good for running/walking/cycling. CoSI and the art museum are very close by, and there are good options for eating out by walking and/or a short drive.

The staff and room were excellent. However, it was hard to find the parking garage and lobby upon arrival. When you walk into the building you gad to take the elevator which was located off to the side up to the lobby which was very confusing due to not signs.

I personally did not care for the breakfast. The quality of food for $22.50 was definitely not worth it.
