Lack of a conventional lobby area was unusual but not a deal breaker.

The staff and the location were both outstanding in equal measure. Ms. Salmon, was courteous, respectful, considerate, and a credit to the hotel.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes every time. Also night one there was a man with his pants down totally wasted and on drugs dancing bizarrely right outside the front door of the hotel where u enter from the street to the lobby. My 13 year old daughter and I had to walk by him to enter the hotel.

I liked the proximity to Times Square and Radio City Music Hall. I also liked the discount on parking.

Great location if you're visiting NYC. Had some nice warm cookies on arrival. They were very accommodating with baggage so even though we were early for check in, we could go and explore the city. We could also leave the bags when we checked out and pick them up later.

One elevator was down for repair and the one working elevator was extremely slow. We also had a small plumbing issue the first night, but it was handled verry quickly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of attractions and were in close proximity to the transit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bedroom is not large, but is sufficient when spending most of the day exploring the city! Some gaps in daily room cleaning service, but hotel dealt with it promptly once notified.

Location is exceptional in midtown Manhattan, very close to major landmarks and also a range of subway stations. Hotel room (King size with view) is small but comfortable with strong wifi. Did not eat at hotel restaurant but menu looks good. Comfortable bed/pillows.

Price was a little too high for a small room yet I guess New York prices is high anyway -the shower need to be fixed as every time you take a shower the water flood all the restroom they promised they will fix it -there should be flexibility in late checkouts more than this

-Location is very good and in a very clean and safe area also it was clean didn’t face any issues with the elevators -stuff were friendly expect for one shift when we wanted to do late checkouts they didn’t give extra efforts to do it

There are no facilities such as a bar or coffee/ eating area apart from breakfast which isn’t open all day. There isn’t a foyer / lobby area to relax just a bench for checkin.

The property was well located near Time Square and down town attractions as well as Central Park..The rooms are well equipped, but small for a couple with travel cases..

Room was noisy at night but I imagine that comes with the territory and location.

Location was perfect for broadway/Central Park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We never had any trouble with waits for the elevators and we were on the 23rd floor.

The room was very noisy (tooting etc) so we did not get much sleep. One of the two elevators were broken so we waited for the elevator for 10+ minutes at any one time

Only one lift was working throughout my stay which resulted in some long waits for the one remaining lift in service. The other minor gripe was that the aircon unit in the bedroom was a bit on the noisy side.

Room had everything needed and the bathroom had recently been updated. Great location just off 6th Avenue to the side of the Rockafellar centre
