I did not like that the rooms did not come with refrigerators, my room had old worn furniture inside, I did not like that the pool area was not tidey and the hours of the pool need to extended for the price of the rooms.

I liked the location of the property and the breakfast was great.

My room was wrong. I always book months in head of time and I ALWAYS reserve the Balcony room with the River View.. They gave me a City View room. And that disappointed me..

A few minor issues with room. Bathtub stopper was broken. Faucet leaked. No usb charge ports. Having a guide book in rooms with local to-dos and hotel info would have been helpful. Couldn’t access free wifi. Getting around within a few miles of hotel was difficult. Had to walk everywhere (not necessarily a bad thing, just inconvenient). Coffee station was hit or miss

Breakfast is $16 unless you pay in advance. There isn’t a mini fridge or microwave in the hotel room, but there’s one down in the lobby. Parking is $15/day through the hotel but only $10 for non-hotel people to park. WiFi is also not free unless you make a Hilton Honors account.

The property is at an excellent location in downtown Little Rock, close to the Robinson Center and Statehouse Convention Center. The employees couldn’t have been more helpful during my stay. The restaurant and bar were great and the room was cleaned everyday.

I didn't like the (complimentary) breakfast that looks advertised as free and when you get there it's $16 dollars. There are no fridges or microwaves in the room. That was a first. Other than that it was a ok.

Our AC was out. We didn't realize until after 9, and I had my husband make sure when he returned at 9:30. Our room kept getting hotter. The supervisor sent a repair guy. He was nice but I know he told her he was on break (His shift ended at 11 p.m.) He got to room around 30 min later. He was nice and very quiet since when we had stressed that our daughter was asleep. He tried to fix it and when he couldn't he did offer a fan. Then it kicked on while he was in the room. He still quickly got us a fan we asked for in case it went out again. Thankfully it worked all night, but it went out again that morning. We were miserable trying to get our daughter ready for a pageant event since it just kept getting hotter. We at least told the front desk when we checked out. He was apologetic, but there was no offer to make up for it. Then as we drove off, I realized we didn't get cookies either. It may have been since we checked in early, but as I saw an Uber driver walk out with cookies as we drove off, I realized we never even got them. The breakfast was good, but they pulled the last few biscuits (probably since they were getting hard because mine was), but they didn't bring anymore. It was still a regular breakfast time where I saw several more people go through the line. Our server was extremely nice, though. We really liked her, and Yolanda, the overnight Supervisor, was very nice.

The location is convenient, and the room was clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was overall good. We appreciated getting to check in early.

The stuff was a little unprofessional. They were not really rude just not as helpful as they should of been because they were not acting very professional for such a nice motel. I do Hate having to pay to park. I feel like that should come with the price of the room.

The hotel doesn't communicate a lot with booking. Made multiple requests about my possible late check-in and got no answers. Also very difficult to find info in their website.

The staff was arranging as I got there really late... It was 2 am because of a really delayed train. The pool is huge and ameneties are great even though it was a short stay for me.
