the room wasn't cleaned and we needed to complain about it. the elevator was a disaster. we were on the 23 rd floor and that took forever.

the location is excellent. there was complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby and cookies. there was storage space.

Insufficient elevator capacity. More often than not the car would be too full to board for anyone with a room on the lower half of the tower. Twice I had to take the elevator up in order to have a place in it on the trip back to the lobby.

The stuff of the hotel was not nice, or kind. I would say even hostile. It was very noisy, especially at night when the lorries are unload at three in the morning.

I like the central location of the hotel. The room size was just enough. I did not have breakfast in the hotel (quite expensive offer)

Rooms are very very - I mean very small, we were in room of 4 people (2 queen beds) there was no space to walk in the room. Elevator is slow, might wait some time to get one.

Standard room was very small. No microwave. Sink was super small without any counter space. Elevators were very slow. Hallways were tight like one-lane traffic.

Location. Had plenty of food options from fresh juices to gourmet bagels, from small but very yummy restaurants that could be delivered to bigger fancy places and desserts.

The not so great things are the room is small and there is no refrigerator. Also the floors in the room are not clean and were very dusty and dirty. There are only 2 elevators so at times it was a long wait. They charge $3 per bottle of water that is in the room

The great thing is the location of the hotel is close to Time Square, Broadway, Madison Square Gardens and the subway. The hotel staff were all very lovely and friendly.

The 'view' wasn't actually of the Empire State. To see this view, you'd have to lean outside your window, so it's a bit misleading to sell this room as such when you don't really get to enjoy the view outright. Breakfast quality was rather mediocre. Also, same concerns with pretty much everyone: the thin walls. I literally woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone was in my room when people were just laughing and talking in the hallway; this was how loud it was. Also, I heard someone from their room having a meeting while I was waiting for the elevator. Not a lot of privacy in this sense. But overall a fairly decent hotel.

Had a pretty good stay. Room was clean and decently furnished. Stayed in a king advertised with a city view and it had a king bed, tub, mini fridge, tv, coffee maker, desk, and safe. Room was smaller than I thought- didn't really have much space to store my luggage. But it was good. Breakfast staff was excellent. Overall, the room was a little bit pricier than what I would figure for its size, but it is in Midtown Manhattan so I guess it makes sense.
