You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room was "tired". The curtains were falling off the rail when we arrived. No cleaning was done during our 3 night stay. Not sure if that is normal but we received no notification about that.
We loved the location and the staff. The front desk people and the bartenders were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location was great and we used the hotel as a base to go into San Francisco, Carmel and Mjuir Woods.

United States of AmericaThe only downfall was a couple things. First traveling with kids I wish there was a pool. Second was the construction happening around the hotel. I feel there should of been a warning.
It was close to the Airport which was what we needed before we were to fly out. This was also the first Hilton that served food cheaper for the kids. They also gave us cookies and they chased us down so my kids could pick out a little toy.

United States of Americathey are renovating which is understandable, but nothing on their site mentioned this so the pics of the restaurant and bar were misleading - they had converted two meeting rooms into the restaurant. Also parking was 40 per day which seems excessive. Also high speed internet was an extra fee.
