Absolutely everything no complaints, everyone that worked their was absolutely amazing and polite they treated us like family.

Despite being pet-friendly, dogs were only allowed within a small outdoor area. My 75 lb German Shepherd easily escaped the room requiring day boarding services. Staff were totally unprepared and unhelpful with this. No EV chargers on site and staff were unaware of the closest location. No balcony furniture. Terrible kudzu overgrowth all over the property should be addressed (invest in some goats!)

Pool was lovely and entertaining for kids, restaurant food was good. Free public trolley service directly to the door was very convenient, also within a mile from the main strip. Wonderful view at the edge of the Smokies with no nearby developments.

Checkin was a mess. We wasn’t told about the parking fee, and we didn’t get a parking pass. Also if u book things to the room it’s not on complete charge on the end of your stay it’s a bunch of small holds on your account.

Like the last time Marina in the Firefly Bar was amazing, Bobi the Gentleman on the piano is a stable. For a family this is perfect.

we didn't care for the tiny toilet/shower area.

We stayed at this property before and really loved it. We had a room with two king beds which were great, however the toilet/shower area was extremely small. That being said every other spect of the hotel was wonderful and we enjoyed great meals and drinks in the restaurant and bar. The staff was very efficient and friendly and on a personal note, I loved the fragrance that permeated the building. Our view of the mountains from our room was spectacular.

While the pool was great for my toddler granddaughter, I wish there had been another option for adults. Having the slide for families is great. It would just be nice to also have a pool where some light swimming could be accomplished.

The service at Park Vista was incredible. Daniel (bellman) was especially helpful.

We went for our honeymoon and when we first arrived we were greeted with a smile and a warm cookie! We ordered room service the first night and it showed up in a timely manner and was hot and cooked perfectly. We couldnt find the pool at first and the staff was quick to help us out. Overall we had a wonderful time enjoying everything oh, and breakfast bar was amazing!! Made to order omelette was chefs kiss!

Not to clean. The room had dust all over even on the TV. The shower soaps were empty and never filled up. When the room was done it wasn’t vacuumed

1. Fee for breakfast. 2.No one told me the rate will be higher staying on a higher floor than a lower floor. Me and my sister both had the same room type and her room rate was higher than mine and the front desk said that’s because we book a lower floor than my sister when we check out. I did the booking thru third party and no where we were ask which floor to be on. Seems like when we checked in the room, she could mention the rate was different for each room and could have find another room with same rate. At the time of check in didn’t bother to ask with so much going on. Took sick driving to TN but really enjoy ourselves!

Didn't realize breakfast wasn't included when booking. We happily still decided to try the buffet, but it would have been nice to know it wasn't included in the beginning.

The bathroom is very tight. Maybe in the future when they remodel again they could lose some of the room to expand the bathroom.

As Always the view us incredible. Staff was exceptional nice. The gentleman who checked us in was the friendliest I have every come across. Can not remember his name, but the park vista should employ more like him
