You can tell hasn’t been cleaned properly:( my son dropped his toy under couch and was a bunch of trash , and we saw roaches .. Its amazing place , to the owner remember why you got into hospitality business families go to get away and stay somewhere that feels like home especially for the price , it’s a beautiful place more heart needs to go into it.

Great location in downtown LA. Pool, gym, basketball court were great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, groceries. Lots of space in the apartment. Added bonus they had a washing machine and dryer.

There's weird stuff like in many rental apartments where there is an amazing kitchen but it is missing knives that you can cook with, there are No bowls at all, and other things that would be useful to actually use the kitchen when traveling with family. But that seems to happen a lot when we travel, so not an abnormal thing.

Second bedroom was very small, barely fits a bed but it wasn’t a big problem.

There was a lot of messaging, a lot of reading, seemed a little complicated but in the end worked out ok. Had to pay a $ 500 us deposit on top of accommodation which has not been returned despite request. I am a little disappointed as it was to be returned within a few days.

The cleaning was ver very bad. I found in the bathroom of the principal bedroom small cockroaches. The curtain in the principal bedroom was really dirty also the windows.

mattress were old you should change it . people who coordinated delivery of the keys were pressuring me to arrive at their time. you should automatiza and give a code for arriving any time . once I arrived they made me wait for 45 minutes . and when I was checking out I delayed for 30 minutes and they’re were particularly chasing me , with the cleaning lady and sending emails about. please read conditions we are going to charge you additional fees !

First and foremost, location on the booking.com website is fake. They're not in the circle shown at all. They put it as if they're .5 miles closer to crypto.com arena/conv center than they are. You have to send $500 outside of the booking.com platform via venmo/cashapp for security deposit 24hrs before even getting there and then they don't give it back for up to a week after you leave. Basically expect to loan them $500 cash for a week before they refund you. The wifi is absolute garbage and can't even load a basic website, under 100kB/sec speed. This isn't the host's WIFI, it's the building but it only has 1 guest wifi for 30+ floors. Never gonna work out. Expect to hug a window with your phone esp on a higher floor. The TV in the living room sound constantly went in and out, couldn't tell if it was a problem with the TV itself or some setup they have on it to make you not be too loud and get a noise complaint. Either way, ruined the viewing experience. Fridge says the water filter needed to be changed before we got there. The hosts are hyperfocused on negative communication: "Don't do this, dont talk to this person, you will be charged for x y z if you screw up". You definitely get the feeling they're not allowed to rent the unit out and it def gave me anxiety. Turns out the building staff are super friendly though.

Water pressure and temp is good for showers, really nice fridge (although change filter alert was on..), beds were decent and at least one set of sheets/pillows was nice and smooth. Seems like the building has good sound insulation too because didn't hear anyone else's doors slam or voices.

We asked for a late check out because there was nowhere to keep our luggage before heading to the airport at 2 pm. The hosts kept us waiting to the last minute and then denied our request with a pretext that someone was renting right after us for 1 night! I found it a bit unbelievable actually for anyone to rent such a large apartment for 1 night... We unfortunately had to leave and go to LAX 6 hours before our scheduled flight! If you plan to stay a bit longer than the check out hour on your last day, Just be careful!

The location was great, easily accessible to USC campus! The property was super clean, safe and large enough. It fit our family of 5 easily.

The communication was a bit tricky. We had to pick up a key at a secret location, and just after getting our key we got to know the exact location of the apartment. We were also asked to leave a deposit for the stay using another app (outside booking.com), which sounded suspicious, but everything went good. We got our deposit back the next day after the checkout. Also, there are photos from different apartments, so the one you booked, might not be exactly the same as the one in the photos (it was like that in our case).

The apartment was really nice- it was big, spacious, had a balcony and a great view from the windows. The location is excellent, although keep in mind that it is not exactly the same spot as is provided on booking.com. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a great stay there

There is only one bedroom with a window. The second bedroom was more like a closet. Right next to the entrance, no window, no light, no air no privacy. We booked the place with an idea to have 2 people. I took master bedroom and was very happy, but my friend was very upset and frustrated. Would be good to mention that and add real pictures of the second bedroom.

The view was fantastic The lady who coordinated the check-in and the keys was extremely helpful and caring.
