Bed and pillows were uncomfortable to me and my wife. And there is very limited parking on site.

The breakfast room was a bit grim, but then again.. they don't even advertise breakfast, so getting a surprise one was a bonus :)

Such a great find to stay right by the centre! For the price and location (and free parking) this place is a great deal! I came in with low expectations for the room, but it was actually great: clean, well equipped with everything you need, and a comfy bed. It's just a block away from breweries and restaurants.

PARKING! Horrible. After the Inn parking lot was full. We were sent like 2 blocks away to lots we had to leave by 6am or to a parking garage .

Conveniently located to Asheville strip and Rabbit Rabbit Concert venue. Breakfast at the Inn. Until 1130am!!

The hotel is in need of an upgrade, it is a little shabby.

The location is very good, a short walk to the city centre and local restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and layout and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The Location And That was the cheapest hotel in Asheville to book last minute a day before, $95 dollars for a Friday night in April. Breakfast included coffee, oats and milk or cereal, bagels, English muffin and fruits

The Airport shuttle only goes til 11:30 pm. So I had to catch a taxi but the taxi was only $15 so it really wasn’t a big deal.

It was very helpful to have this nice place to stay after a long journey. It is always such a relief when the place is clean and good.

The decor was old, but clean. Our safe was not usable because it was not bolted to anything. The free breakfast was very limited.

The room is clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. A surprise was we had a refrigerator microwave and coffee pot. Free breakfast. great location. Very easy to walk to everything in downtown Asheville. The staff was very polite and friendly. Helped us with where to go and answered all our questions to the best of their ability. It had parking. we felt very safe walking around at night.

It’s an old hotel and the room needs some updating but it was very clean and very good value for downtown Asheville.

He’s really owed the elevator is scary. It’s shakes a lot in the rooms the majority or out facing the road and the traffic and noise from people woke me up several times each night you can even hear the traffic like signals.

Staff are friendly, yet there is a lack of staff currently.

Although classed as an Inn, it is more of a Motel, but probably one of the best I have stayed in. The Rooms are clean and tidy, the position could not be better for Downtown Asheville, close to everything you need, shops, bars and restaurants. Great value for money.

The location and price are perfect for our needs. Is it the most modern or up to date No but we have never had a issue there.

Wish that the bathroom set up was a little different, otherwise it was quite nice.

Love the location. It was located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants which was super convenient. The room (a single king) was reasonably priced and while not super modern, it was clean and comfortable.

The property is a little old and could do with a refresh. There was water dripping through the ceiling in the foyer into a large trash bin.

The location is excellent; it’s within easy walking distance of downtown. It costs less than half the price of other hotels in the area.

Run down and not so clean. Very strong unpleasant artificial smell. Not very good breakfast
