The outside of the property needs to look more presentable for guests. The parking lot needs to be cleaned up as well!

The view of the city was amazing! And all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. And it’s very quiet on the property!

Having to park at the basement level then unable to enter from the basement. There is a pool on site, but unable to access it. Especially, having a four year old seeing the pool, but you can't go. Also, not have a bath tub. It is really hard trying help a four year old take a shower. Plus, a few roaches in the kitchen.

1. the security guard was very rude, he said that he doesn’t have to work 40 hours and doesn’t like working with guests answering questions that are written in plain English. 2. The exterior of the building is very old and outdated. 3. There are 2 elevators in the building but only one is running. 4. The heat for the building is in the hallway not inside the unit but my host was really good about making sure we had a space heater in the unit for our comfort . 5. The water stream is very weak and it takes the shower a while to warm up. You will have a shower but not a good hot shower like home. 6. Only one set of towels was given per guest… you can only dry off with the same towel so many times… I went to Walmart and purchased a drying towel because I just couldn’t use that towel anymore. 7. Two roaches ( German) were in the bathroom.. one per day. I had to keep my luggage closed and zipped to make sure I didn’t take any roaches back to Cali , but in the host defense the building is really old and some guest may have bought them to the building….hopefully they have orkin out weekly for pest control. I’m sure with a few adjustments the property will be fine. But I will probably never stay there again.

This place is literally a SLUM. People smoking marijuana non stop and it felt like I was in a rap video or something outside. There was a woman that looked like one of those Rap Guys girlfriend standing outside smoking weed and was screaming profanities at innocent pedestrians. Sad. So sad. We let security know and he was very rude and told us that weed is ok. Don’t come here unless you’re in the market for and marijuana and bad attitudes

It's a bit of a walk to grab necessities from CVS.

It was rather close to the event we were staying in. And the sky bridge access was closer than we thought.

there were roaches crawling in the kitchen and in the bedroom we saw about 3/4 , the cracks in the whole and the sockets were very disappointing

we saw 2 roaches in the bedroom, and a drunk man knocked on our door arguing with us saying that was his apartment. I will never stay there again. I’m only staying in hotels for now on . Airbnb are overrated and nasty.

The parking, but the host was great at getting that fixed. Its a private lot in the building and the host doesn't have control over the conditions. The host was very helpful in getting us a parking spot when the website to reserve parking was not working properly. A+ on the responsive host.

This place is HORRIBLE. The reviews I read were VERY MISLEADING. This place is dirty and smells. The carpet in the hallway made me sick to my stomach. The place was so dusty you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in some time. The mattress is a real mattress so we got no sleep. Very comfortable and unkept!

The apartment building is outdated and you hear a lot of street noise, even on the 11th floor.

Responsive host is pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. Apartment is very comfortable, clean, just off the expressway, and within walking distance of many of Atlanta's attractions. The apartment is also full of thoughtful amenities that help make it feel like a home away from home.

Iron box was scrap, Water quality is untrustworthy. Staff thinks you are thief. Reception is by building security guys, so you can imagine. Property manager is no good either. Good property managed improperly.

Property is good and clean. but the buildings water supply didn't look good. One morning there's red color water in flush tank and in wash sink. After that I couldn't comfortably take shower.
