Only negative thing I have to say is, when we first went into our room, half the furniture was missing which was shown from the pictures. Wasn’t a massive deal, they offered us 2-3 other rooms as alternatives! Was greatly handled.

Very nice property. Rooms are luxury for the price, good space and good facilities.

A nice and charming but expensive hotel

We had an early flight on the day we left the hotel and announced the evening before at the reception that we would like to check out early around 6am, and we wanted to pay any expenses and receive the folio. They assured us that there was no need for it and that someone would be at the reception the next day at 6am. Of course, there was no one at the reception the next day, so we left the room cards with the security guard. I don't like the policy of taking the deposit because some other hotels only take the card details but don't charge the credit limit like this hotel does. It takes a very long time to return the reserved amount on the card. There is no room price with breakfast included. There is no coffee machine in the room, only free coffee in the lobby in the morning. We did not receive a folio from the hotel. We didn't feel welcome. We ate at other places for much lower prices.

We stayed at 'King Room - Bronze'. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. We liked the proximity to Sunset Blvd and the metro station is not too far from the hotel. The shower cabin was excellent with lots of nice toiletries available. The hotel offers their guests a house car for driving up to a 3-mile radius. Bottled water was available in the room, and you can also drink tap water.

The fact that we couldn’t get a bottle of wine at the roof because it was “club prices” at 2pm… $400 for a bottle of wine? Even the server said she didn’t know why. Put a very sour taste in our mouths.

The location was amazing and the hotel itself was great! Staff were kind. The rooftop was lovely.

Neighborhood is dirty and not properly maintained. Prices at the hotel are very expensive (e.g. $60 for a bottle of champagne, $30 for avocado toast and a cup of tea).

Comfortable room, beds, and friendly personnel. Minibar had a lot of snacks and drinks for every taste. Common areas were spacious and fun to be at. Room service was the best I've had so far, the room was left in pristine conditions daily.

They have a night club on the roof that opens at 10pm and goes to 2am. If you are staying on the 9th floor as I was you will be kept up from the loud music from the night club.

Food at the restaurant was good. Glad they had security because it was sketchy outside with all the homeless. There was complimentary wine and cheese everyday between 5 and 6 PM.

The hotel takes a deposit of $150 for each night of your stay, I didn’t understand why one deposit couldn’t be taken to cover the whole trip, especially as the deposit was slow to return due to paying via debit card.

This is a party hotel - they gave us a super quiet room. And we slept like babies. Staff recognised that we were a family and made a swift decision to "rehouse" us. Can't fault service

Right off the middle of Hollywood Strip. So walkable to all the have to sees for first time in LA. Public transport also amazingly usable from hotel if willing to walk 10 mins

Initially we were given a 3rd floor room overlooking the road opposite the entrance, which isn’t what we thought we had booked from the photos, but we were moved after speaking to reception. The other thing was that the only thing separating the bathroom and shower from the bedroom area was a rather see-through mesh curtain - meaning if travelling with friends you could see each other in the shower and on the toilet which as you can imagine is not ideal!!!! The shower was also rainfall so the pressure wasn’t great, which would have been ok if the water could have got a bit hotter. If it weren’t for the shower temp and the curtain situation I would’ve given a glowing review. I would consider staying again for the vibe and the views.

The hotel had a great vibe from the minute you walk into the lobby with a fantastic rooftop pool/restaurant and bar area that has fantastic views of the Hollywood sign and hills. We had a King Bronze balcony room on the 9th floor which was fab - great vibe, superb views, sound bar with plenty of storage space, Karl Lagerfeld toiletries and the bed was super comfortable.

It's a very busy area with lots of night life options so expect noise levels to be higher than normal. Definitely not a "relaxing" hotel so just know what you're getting into. Not necessarily a bad thing.

The location and views of Hollywood are the highlight of the hotel. Several restaurants and bars in the area, all walking distance. Stayed here the weekend of the Oscars and saw several celebrities / industry people. Cool experience.

I didn't like the bedroom was not exactly as the hotel shown in their website, and not was done or offered us when I complained to the checkin person. And the parking is too expansive. 60USD per day as others nearby only 22USD. The curtain blackout don't block complete the sun light.

Size of the room, it is ver comfortable, besides the room was not exactly as shown in the picture. I like the big window and very bright. Even the night lights are good, there is ceiling spot lights the is rare in USA.
