Lighting wasn't the greatest, but all we had to do was open the curtains and the room lit up.

We really enjoyed the room being an ocean view, left the sliding door open the whole stay so we could hear the waves, the whole room was pretty clean and well maintained for us.

No pool, falsely advertised a pool on their website, you guys are also falsely advertising their pool on your site. Room was dirty. management was extremely rude and sketchy.

WiFi virtually non existent, tv reception intermittent at best. Curtains don’t provide sufficient privacy. Vending machines don’t work. Sink faucet broken. Furniture should be renewed.

Our room seemed that it hadn't been stayed in for a while. It had everything we needed. And in their defense, we upgraded to that room so they didn't have a chance to recheck it.

The photo of the pool in the booking ad was a beautiful pool. The actual pool was non existent as it had been taken out by last years’ hurricane. There was no pool deck only dirt. I asked if I could have a late checkout and I was told yes for another $50 dollars. There was no Kleenex in the room and no desk to place my laptop. The big chair in the room was dirty so I could only sit on the bed. The room was very dimly lit so it was difficult to see to read. People started knocking on the door early and woke me up wanting to clean the room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did need to ask that my fitted sheet be changed due to hair on the sheets.

The website BOASTED of having a heated pool and private beach access. When we arrived? No one informed us that these amenities were unavailable. There was no pool and there was no private beach access.

The only thing that was the same as what was posted on their website was the fact that it did have two bedrooms.

The only downfall was that they had no pool due to the fact that they lost it in the hurricane other than that I wish they had a hand held for the shower everything else was excellent would definitely stay there again

I didn't like the fact that these pictures lied! There is no pool in which some of the area is under construction due to an hurrican ! I was catfished call booking.com, and agent hung up on my after saying they would be helping me stay somewhere else! No pool well what's left! Never again! Never!!

I stayed here as an unexpected event happened to my home. The main problem was i could not sleep at night... They had installed a light - a bright LED light right in front of the room and the door to the unit has blinds embedded in the door (odd) and those blinds did not block the light... So, my room was lit up like a dentist's office the whole night. Can't sleep like that. Not enough towels provided, specifically a foot towel for the bathroom. Finally, the next day when i asked for 1 hour checkout extension I was denied... they wanted $50 to move me to another room. That's not customer satisfaction.

Close to the beach but the pool and the yard were gone... Due to the hurricanes the year before.

Most of everything in the room was rusted and there were stains on the pillows and bed. There were also stains on the towels. I didn’t like that there wasn’t central ac it was a window until. The bed was spring load so I woke up so sore in the morning I’m just glad it was only a nights stay. Also no pool which is understandable.

There was a really great beach side view on a balcony. The spa was definitely a plus!

Room felt ran down despite new cheap laminate floors and a semi recent paint job. The ceiling was wavy with humidity damage, the AC was loud and couldn’t properly cool the room, and the small appliances were the type of old and dated that exhibit discoloration and grunge. The furniture appears to have been sourced from another hotel that may have closed or remodeled. The Jacuzzi tub the room has such low water pressure that it took 30 minutes to fill and the jets didn’t even have enough pressure to tickle, let alone massage. The view was critically lacking due to a collapsed pool and deck making the images misleading to the point of false advertising - there is no pool, and the neighboring hotel having one was insult to injury. We found a dirty towel in the top drawer of the dresser that didn’t even belong to the hotel. The floors were sandy in the room, and the tv remote didn’t even have batteries in it. Also, upon arrival, the keys issued didn’t work and we had to return to office to get keys reprogrammed. All of that for the cool price of $270 plus taxes. The 4 star hotel with king bed and ocean view was same price but the jacuzzi sounded too fun to pass up and ended up being a let down like the rest of the place. “No refunds” policy is to hide neglect.

No water for hours (no compensation) showed a pool when I booked, it was non existent. Only given 3 towels for 4 people, asked for another one and was told they were all given out. Parking was used by beach goers so had to sit in my car for an hour until a spot was available. Rooms were budget level but price was not.
