Poor cleaning lady had difficult time understanding English when we asked her for additional set of towels. Very frustrating to me and her.

Breakfast and happy hour provided which was a nice Bonus. Staff very friendly and addressed you in respectful manner ie Miss Pearl. Very clean place.

The meatballs every Friday night, kids don't like meatballs 😒 Besides that everything else is great!

The breakfast and kickback are wonderful. The food and drinks for the kickback while viewing the beautiful city with the mountains in the background is always our go to to relax at the end of the day or before going out for the night!

The freeway traffic some nights was bad. I do not think the hotel can do much about that. The queen beds could use four pillows. One at least being a little more firm. The toiletpaper/kleenix is too scratchy and thin I went out and bought my own. Breakfast some variety throughout the week like hard boiled eggs, breakfast burrito etc for those that stay a week or more. Kickback hot dogs should be cooked a little longer.

The location was great. The breakfast and hours were good and the kickback with popcorn making the lobby smell good in afternoon was welcomed. The shower heads are awesome! All staff was kind and welcoming. I could select my room cleaning days. I could get extra towels at the front desk without going back to my room and waiting for housekeeping. The room was clean. Free parking!

The pool doesn't open until 9:00 am which is a bit late for my early risers.

The pool exceeded my kids expectations. It was clean and we stayed during the week so my kids were the only ones in the pool. Probably one of the best hotel pools.

The big pool was quite cold and dirty due to it being an indoor/ outdoor shared pool. If that could be addressed or improved, this is my favorite hotel ever!!

The safety, meals, positive vibe of this place is just right!!

Pool and hot tub were a bit merky. They had it closed one day, maybe trying to correct chemicals?

Rooms were very clean. Included breakfast, dinner, and adult beverages. Staff was super friendly. Definitely well worth the cost.

We traveled to Denver CO, so we could take our son to children’s hospital, we’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and my kids absolutely love staying at the Drury Inn so we went there to stay while being there for my sons appointments , the staff are amazing they have a beautiful indoor/out door pool and they give you 3 alcoholic drinks each night FREE so we enjoyed our drinks while watching our kids have a blast swimming. The hotel was clean beds were super comfortable and they have a free breakfast and each evening they have like a small little dinner they serve between 5-7 pm also free ! We will always use this place for all are visits to Denver ! And the hotel rates were affordable with everything they offer !

Food could have been a little more varied. Would have appreciated bacon some mornings instead of sausage every day. Evening happy hour could have offered a little more variety (we were there 5 days). Wine and alcohol was a nice touch, however, it tasted like the very lowest quality and we only had a drink one night. We felt like the price was high considering we were unable to access much of the food/happy hour products. That said, it may just be us because two of us have gluten allergies and that makes it difficult.

Staff was friendly. We were looking forward to the availability of breakfast, snacks, and happy hour. Location was near shopping and restaurants. It was convenient for us. We have stayed at this location multiple times in past years.

There were no USB ports, but I had a charger with me. And even though they had Pepsi products, there was no Diet Dr Pepper!!!

This is the third Drury Inn & Suites I've stayed in on my vacation, and I wish I'd known how awesome they were going to be and I would have looked for more of them when I was planning my itinerary!!! Staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their Happy Hour snacks were wonderful, as was their huge breakfast buffet. I guarantee I'll be looking for them again next big trip I take.

It would have been more convenient for us to have breakfast starting at 6 AM. The fitness center was not as well equipped as some I have seen, but that is certainly not a deal-breaker. The location worked for us as we were going to Dick's Sporting Goods Park, but otherwise, it is not terribly convenient, especially with respect to getting to downtown Denver and access to the light rail system.

I was surprised at the complimentary dinner that was offered; fully did not expect that. The breakfast was better than most breakfasts offered at hotels with "breakfast included". The pool amenities were much enjoyed by our boys, and the proximity to the fitness room was nice, especially the window that opened to the pool (easy to keep an eye on the kids).

The room key didn't work as well as it should have. It kept getting deactivated for some reason. I honestly wasn't impressed with the mattress. My back was very sore before we arrived, and the mattress felt lumpy. I ended up laying the pillows length-wise under my body and sleeping on them. I am a bit of a diva when it comes to mattresses though. My husband thought it was fine. So there's that....

The breakfast was good, and we weren't expecting dinner. It was ok for what it was. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
