It was a bit confusing to figure out how to go in and out of the pool area, but we figured it out by trial and error!

If you are not staying at the hotel for the convenience of being close to SAT, then it is a pretty miserable location -- not much within walking distance.

The hotel was a very convenient place to stay on the night before our flight out of SAT -- close to the airport with on-demand free shuttle service. The small enclosed patios provided a perfect space to meet up with our other friends staying at the hotel. To our surprise, there was a free happy hour and buffet too! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was freezing cold and the thermostat was not very intuitive. It seemed like we could only make it colder, not warmer. We called the front desk and they said they would adjust the temperature from their end and bring us an extra blanket. They did both things and we soon became much more comfortable.

We were delighted that there was a free dinner for hotel guests! It was so convenient! When Bianca leanred of our early flight the next morning and that we would miss the breakfast, she arranged for someone to bring us muffins and fruit and yogurt so we could eat in the morning as well.

Do not order from big John’s pizza not sure hotel let’s them leave flyers. Pizza is horrible please look at reviews before ordering from that pizza place.

I booked this online for a trip to SAT to see my son graduate from BMT. I was so happy that I made the right choice with my stay at Drury Inn and Suites. It was amazing!! They have popcorn in the lobby in the evenings, a snack buffet like meal in the evenings, a snack area in the lobby with water, snacks, and even ice cream for purchase. Although, I missed the breakfast meals while I was there, I am guessing they were delicious just like the evening snack mini meals were. The room was exceptional and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean and very homey. A coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator, safe, and a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. I also had the best sleep I have had when away from home hands down. They also have a shuttle to get to and from the airport that is super clean and fast, especially "Leo". If I ever happen to go back to San Antonio, I am already sure I will stay at this hotel. It was the best experience in a long time and the staff were so nice and helpful. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 20. It was the best stay I have ever had :-)

All food was great. HS Swim tournament was going on and everyone was courteous.. Stayed in handicap room; all ok except shower water came out into BR and no place to hang towels to access while getting out of shower to dryoff.

Just the fact they don't have laundry bag in the room. Other than that all were great.

I liked everything, my husband and I checked in for 1 night and it exceeded my expectation, the price rate of the room was reasonable, room was cleaned and organized the food omg! It was sooo good the grilled chicken, and pasta. Lastly the kickback 3 drinks (complementary drinks) I LIKED IT THE MOST. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Highly Recommended.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was good but i wish they had a turkey sausage for breakfast as an option since I don't eat pork.

All the staff was amazing. Robert, Oscar, and Ben I personally spoke with during my stay and they were very courteous and professional. The hospitality crew for the meals were also excellent.

My husband was disappointed in the tv not having cable access. However, he finally found movies on YouTube. For older folks like us, the tv remote was somewhat difficult to navigate.

The room which I prefer to call a condo, was beautifully decorated. It consisted of a living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and huge walk/in closet. It is less than half block from entrance to Riverwalk. And easy walking distance to the Alamo. The security was so good. The front doors are always locked and opened only by the staff or the guests’ key (fob). The elevator would only operate by the same. I felt so safe! The staff was awesome!

Breakfast is standard pre-processed stuff, coffee was weak.

We took their shuttle here from the airport and it was less than 5 minutes down the street. For being so close to the airport it was surprisingly quiet and the beds were really comfortable -- just what you want after hours of traveling.
