We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only downfall on this particular trip is that the pool area was not in operation. I wish they would send you a message about these kind of things, I would've booked at the other Drury across town. Having a pool for the kids on these long road trips is really a nice way to burn some energy, and wind down for the night.
It's my favorite hotel. I love that you get 3 free adult beverages, a whole dinner, and a great breakfast! The hotels are always clean and comfortable and meeting expectations.

The room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and kickback. We also used the pool and hot tub! Fun! I would choose this chain again.

United States of AmericaThe only reason I gave this property a 9 is because when we finally arrived at the hotel with all our luggage at 1030pm, we were standing outside of the locked lobby door banging on the door because nobody was at the front desk to answer calls or open the door. A lobby guest finally let us in and someone came out to check us in. That was the only hiccup and frustration during our stay. Everything else was lovely.
Breakfast was good and the room was very nice. It was a quiet hotel in a good location, near target, Starbucks and nice food selections for the area. a short 20 minutes from downtown denver.

The staff gives great customer service and always willing to help. The pool and hot tub are clean and there is an abundance of towels. Great parking also.
