Honestly I have no complaints.

The staff were so friendly, had breakfast and dinner included as well as the option of 3 free drinks per adult per night. The pool and hot tub were crowd but overall very relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be booking here for any future trips to the area!!!

Even though they are still in the middle of major improvements they were still very accommodating and apologetic for the "mess". The clerk on duty was very pleasant even though it had been a busy day/evening and the hotel was fully booked. We got to the hotel with 15 minutes left of the happy hour (oh, no). Thankfully there were some of the appetizers still available and of course, after a long trip, we enjoyed a couple of drinks on the house. The room was neat and ready for 2 very tired travelers. The breakfast was very good and varied.

Well, the elevator was out of order, but at least we got our exercise on the stairs. Helped us burn off those calories from the tasty snacks and beverages! We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves 75% of our 4-night stay.

Friendliness of staff! Shout-out to front desk staff Wayne, Paxton, Javier, & Aaron. Kudos to Zane in the breakfast room and to Duane our bartender. Also, Desmond was awesome and he carried our bags to the 4th floor for us. Our maid Lisa kept our room spotless. We loved the free breakfast and the dinner-time free drinks (3 per day!) as well as the food. Much more than just snacks: soups, chilli, chicken, pulled pork, meatballs, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, salad, vegetables, pasta Alfredo. 😁

Everything was fine! Your renovations did not disturb us. Even though the elevator was out, we were offered help getting our luggage up one flight of stairs. Upon check in we were treated very well since both my husband and I have had recent knee replacements. We had to check out a little early but were still offered breakfast.

Pool AND hot tub!! Fantastic kickback dinner. Breakfast was nice. Aaron at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! Do whatever you need to do to keep Aaron as an employee! Aaron was knowledgeable, helpful, and EXTREMELY nice.

Aaron at the front desk is an absolute delight! He's super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, funny, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The kickback food is nice and so is the breakfast. ***Bonus*** they have a hot tub!!

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and newly remodeled. The dinner they offered was decent, but bland. Cannot bet the price m- FREE. Plus, 3 free cocktails. It helped me sleep since I always cannot sleep very well when I travel. Very quick access to the highway.

Our only disappointment was that the pool was not available. It was listed as an amenity, but we weren't notified of it being closed until the day before our stay. At that point, it was too late for a free cancellation.
