Rooms were a bit outdated and mattresses weren’t super comfortable.

We loved the location to be able to walk around the downtown area and very close to the stadium! Complimentary drinks and snacks every night was a great surprise, also! Our kids enjoyed the pool every evening, and the complimentary breakfast was also good.

I was confused on how to enter building at check in.

It was clean and was nice having free breakfast and happy hour. Staff was very nice and covered parking was convenient. Good price as well

I liked how close the hotel is to the train and to attractions I wanted to visit like the City Museum, Arch, and the Blues Museum. I also thought the staff did an excellent job in responding to questions.

The toilet randomly would sound like it was filling with water.

Whats not to like?? The fact that it took us 10 minutes to walk from our room to our seats in the dome for a Battlehawks game was very impressive and convenient! Gail and the staff are top notch when it comes to friendly customer service!

If i had to pick something..... it would be breakfast didn't start until 7am.

The free breakfast was made cheap with plastic cutlery and plates. That's the difference between a 9 and an overall 10 for us.

The beds were divine, and the shower was perfect! The room was spacious. View as you expect in the middle of the city. The staff present was nice and helpful.

I would’ve loved the Coke machines to be on all day. Sometimes you just need a Diet Coke. Minor complaint- the popcorn was burnt.

The pool was fine, not great. But it was enough for my kids to play and enjoy.

The location was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and the staff kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very good, and my whole family really enjoyed the happy hour with snacks and drinks.

This is picky - but the shower soaps could have felt more upscale. No name brand - kinda generic feeling.

I loved it was so close to the Dome as we were there for a cheer competition. Alanna was amazing!!!! She was so great and up beat. She made our check in and out a 10/10!

I had no idea there was a pool. This is far from a bad amenity, but we were a bit taken aback when we first heard kids screaming while playing in the pool at almost 9 at night.

The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. They truly seemed to care. We were in town to work the Oddities and Curiosities Expo and they took so much off our shoulders when it came to check out and helping with our vehicles and our dog. Alana, who was working the front desk, is an absolute treasure and was the biggest help with taking care of our dog. She seriously made my day.

The pool was too small and filled with many kids. The floor we were on smelled like chloren because of the pool.

No vent in bathroom and had to prop door open to vent after shower but it was clean and no mold.

Staff at check in was exceptional. Arrived early due to a sporting event and allowed to park in the garage prior to check in. Real breakfast was a big bonus.

The only thing I didn't like was the AC. It was super loud and every time it came on during the night, it woke me up.

The bed was comfy and the room very clean. Breakfast was great and loved the coffee. I drink lots of water, and I liked being able to go get water from the patio machine without toting bottles of water to the room. The hotel is also located just across the street from the casino. There is a really nice underground carpeted access tunnel from the street to the casino floor, so you don't have to walk on the street outside. It was only a block from the Convention Center.
