We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaToliet was broke in the room. Maintenance did attempt to fix it.. They did make a timely effort and even asked the next morning at breakfast if it was still working. It had quit working later the nite again. We were checking out within the hour so i told them it was of no concer to us now. But did inform them that it was not functioning.
Everything was clean. Friendly staff everywhere. Pool was nice although it was quite crowded. Excellent location for our visit to the zoo.

United States of AmericaOnly one operating elevator. It happens but with all the walking from city museum and zoo, my legs were gone and one just wasn't enough! But good exercise. Hot tub jets quit after first night. But as always will still stay at Drury inns when possible!!!
Always love the Drury suites! I love that it didn't smell like marijuana!!! Last 4 hotels I stayed in smelled badly of it. Take it outside peeps! The rooms are clean and staff very friendly! Kick back meals and adult drinks are wonderful! Breakfast as always was delicious! Also for so many families it was quiet! Inside/outside pool is always a hit! Beautiful building and close to lots to do.

United States of AmericaOnly problem we encountered was only one of the two elevators was working...and we were on the top floor, so the waits could get long. Highway was right next to the building and could be a bit loud for lighter sleepers, but it didn't bother us too much. Per-night price was a bit steep, but was generally worth it.
Room was huge--plenty of space for my husband, teenaged son, and me in both the living/sleeping area and bathroom--and very clean. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and kickback food/drinks were both well stocked and had a number of good options for all tastes. The cabernet red wine was especially good. We didn't use the pool or whirlpool, but went in and looked at them--both looked clean and well maintained, and we appreciated that there were towels down by the pool. Underground parking was quiet and convenient as well. About five minutes driving to the zoo and 15 minutes (with normal traffic) to the must-see City Museum.

Very good breakfast selection. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, pastries. Plenty of seating at breakfast. Evening buffet is also free. Selection changes daily. Always good. Three free alcoholic beverages per day. Evening meal is crowded at 5:30, but soon tapers off. Plenty of room a little later.

United States of AmericaThe air-condition was too noisy in our room, especially during the night. Kind of annoying. If possible, maybe some old type air-condition need to be replaced with new model of air-condition with silence feature.
Many hot food choices for the breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel even provide dinner with wine, beer and various other beverage, which is definitely beyond my expectations and makes me try to book the Drury Inn in my future trips. The staffs of the hotel are super friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenience for driving to Wash U and downtown of St. Louise but not within walk in distance to these places.
