Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI do not recommend ordering drinks from the bar downstairs...they are very watered down for $11-$12 a drink. I have no other complaints!
Extremely friendly staff. Everyone greets you and will take your dirty dishes away in the dining area with a smile. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! Excellent location, I was within walking distance to so much! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Their "kickback" was a pleasant surprise, I appreciated the free food and drinks every evening. The restaurant downstairs provides more options that are reasonably priced...or just walk to one of the plethora of restaurants nearby. Tip for PARKING: Valet here is $39 a night...save yourself a few bucks and park in the public parking garage directly BEHIND the hotel for $25! You're welcome!

United States of AmericaThe circular driveway was very tiny. It was difficult to maneuver in/out upon arrival and departure.
It was close to the venue where the Cleveland Reggae Fest was held.

CanadaIt’s a relatively small thing but we either paid for valet parking or lucked out with street parking. I guess this comes with being right downtown. Worth it though!
This is a historic building in downtown Cleveland with high ceilings and art deco detail. Lovely!

United States of AmericaDid not really have any complaints. Don't use their valet, there is a cheaper parking garage through Spothero just around the corner.
Three free drinks and snacks or light meal at happy hour was awesome and totally surprising. Room clean and well equipped. Cool historical building. Breakfast was good. Great value for sure.

United States of AmericaThe hallways echoed because there was no carpeting. I woke up at 4am due to noise in the hallway, although I was able to get back to sleep.
It’s a stately building (marble floor, high ceiling, huge windows), and the view of the front was great.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that each morning for three mornings they offered the same hot breakfast items. I think if they changed it up a bit, breakfast would be more enjoyable.
We arrived early, and had requested early check-in. Room wasn't ready so our luggage was stored in a private room. Two hours later, we were able to check in. Room only had a king bed, and was on the small side. It was ok, nothing exceptional for the price we paid for the three nights. Breakfast was good, but was exactly the same during our three night stay. Food should have been changed up a bit. Got tired of eating the same breakfast food. Their 5:30 kickback was very nice. There was a different selection of hot food each day with complimentary 3 drinks. Would definitely stay at a Drury Plaza Inn again.

United States of AmericaWe stayed on the mezzanine level on the second floor, and all the noise from the lobby and adjoining hall seem to carry strongly around our room. The amenities and the care the staff did make up for any of the noises, but it would be good to look to see if there’s something they can do with canceling out some of the noise.
Love the location, building and amenities,. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

CanadaI think the parking was little expensive.
Really good location. We mainly went to see the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. And this hotel is literally 10 or 15 minutes walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Evening dinner and drinks were a bonus I did not know about. Breakfast was good also. Ebony was friendly at breakfast. Especially because Wordly for that day was EBONY! :)

United States of AmericaWe were a little confused about the parking situation. We thought there was a parking lot but I guess valet is mandatory?? We pulled into the valet area and got trapped with cars ahead and behind so we obviously ended up doing valet. The price was about what you expect to pay for downtown parking at a hotel however.
The location is fabulous. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The historic building is beautiful. Loved that guests get 3 drink tickets a piece for the happy hour in the lounge. Room clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
