We didn’t have a safe in our room which was unusual. The hotel does have exceptional security .

I do like a hand held shower massage. Missed this.

It is simply stunning. The art deco just blew me away. Great location for the Rock’n’Roll Museum and some fine restaurants. Our room was huge, shiny clean and the bed comfy. The staff was awesome. Hi Jeramy and the other handsome one.

I felt the valet parking was a bit expensive and I really didn't know there were other parking options nearby. However the valet parking was smooth and efficient.

breakfast and the snacks at the end of the day were perfect and the food staff were very professional and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was great. Downtown was lovely to walk around. We used public transit and that worked well.

Nice staff ,good location and nice & clean facility ! It really made our stay in cleveland worthwhile ! Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to stay while being there ! Good freshly cooked breakfast in the morning ...... even provided us with a chance to unwind by giving us a little gift card for the lounge located in the building !! Will definitely be staying there again next time in town .

There was nothing we did not like

Very very clean and well maintained hotel, staff very polite. A pleasant surprise were the daily complementary drinks and food 5-7 pm. Complimentary fresh coffee available all the time for all guests of the hotel. Impressive high ceilings. Hotel location was a <5 min walk from the convention centre. It is definitely a 10/10 hotel.

Many unexpected perks - the happy hour "snacks" were enough to be a meal for our family of four, good breakfast, lots of free drinks, the pool and spa were open (weren't open when we booked), the location on a serene grassy mall / square (great place to see the eclipse!), nice views out of (big, lovely) window, high ceilings, close but not too close to bars and restaurants, walkable to the waterfront. Loved that the building was historic. Wifi was decent, cell coverage (Verizon) good. We didn't have to spend much on food for our stay. Great value for a very comfortable family stay.

Pool water was not climated ... too cold to be used. The bar ran out of Pizza Options.

breakfast benefit was good however the menu feel repetitive with out low sugar/gluten free options (no sugar fee syrup for waffles, pancakes and or for Coffee)

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff,were great. The breakfast and free drinks were really a plesant surprise. Next trip to Cleveland, I will absolutely be booking with this hotel again in the future.

It was more expensive than expected. We thought we had paid for the entire thing ahead, but when we got there they said we still owed half.

The staff was amazing, the location is fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were really good.

We arrived after midnight and the overnight staff was helpful in letting us in. The free munchies and drinks after 5 were welcome, and ended up becoming our dinner that night.

Since the parking lot used for valet is so close, self-service parking should be advertised. I don't recall seeing that when reserving the room.

Tasty meals and free kick-back events are a great bonus! Each were high quality and staff were very attentive and pleasant, greeting us with smiles.
