Parking was a bit pricey but inline with other hotels. Prefer self parking but we needed in and out privileges which was not offered with self park.

Front desk staff were excellent. Kick back drinks and snacks were a very nice touch. Room was very comfortable and clean. The property was lovely.

There is no mini bar in the room but they have a "panty" on the main floor that has everything you need.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to all major sports venues and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Very good value. The free cocktails in the late afternoon was also a bonus. Full complimentary breakfast.

I do not recommend ordering drinks from the bar downstairs...they are very watered down for $11-$12 a drink. I have no other complaints!

Extremely friendly staff. Everyone greets you and will take your dirty dishes away in the dining area with a smile. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! Excellent location, I was within walking distance to so much! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Their "kickback" was a pleasant surprise, I appreciated the free food and drinks every evening. The restaurant downstairs provides more options that are reasonably priced...or just walk to one of the plethora of restaurants nearby. Tip for PARKING: Valet here is $39 a night...save yourself a few bucks and park in the public parking garage directly BEHIND the hotel for $25! You're welcome!

The circular driveway was very tiny. It was difficult to maneuver in/out upon arrival and departure.

It was close to the venue where the Cleveland Reggae Fest was held.

It’s a relatively small thing but we either paid for valet parking or lucked out with street parking. I guess this comes with being right downtown. Worth it though!

This is a historic building in downtown Cleveland with high ceilings and art deco detail. Lovely!

Did not really have any complaints. Don't use their valet, there is a cheaper parking garage through Spothero just around the corner.

Three free drinks and snacks or light meal at happy hour was awesome and totally surprising. Room clean and well equipped. Cool historical building. Breakfast was good. Great value for sure.

The hallways echoed because there was no carpeting. I woke up at 4am due to noise in the hallway, although I was able to get back to sleep.

It’s a stately building (marble floor, high ceiling, huge windows), and the view of the front was great.

I didn't like that each morning for three mornings they offered the same hot breakfast items. I think if they changed it up a bit, breakfast would be more enjoyable.

We arrived early, and had requested early check-in. Room wasn't ready so our luggage was stored in a private room. Two hours later, we were able to check in. Room only had a king bed, and was on the small side. It was ok, nothing exceptional for the price we paid for the three nights. Breakfast was good, but was exactly the same during our three night stay. Food should have been changed up a bit. Got tired of eating the same breakfast food. Their 5:30 kickback was very nice. There was a different selection of hot food each day with complimentary 3 drinks. Would definitely stay at a Drury Plaza Inn again.
