Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaEverything was excellent.
The staff are friendly and seem to be genuinely enjoying providing top rate service to their guests! They made sure that I had a ground floor room so I had easy access to outside for my service dog. The location is a short walk to the event which we were in town to attend- the Pittsburgh 3 Rivers Marathon & Half Marathon.

United States of AmericaThe quality of the food at the 4th District, a bar on the premises left much to be desired. However, the staff was just as customer service oriented as all the staff we encountered during our stay.
Staff was friendly and consistently service oriented. Breakfast was good and "happy hour" on our day of arrival was a great bonus. We drove from NYC - 8 hours - and were tired and hungry. We stayed in King Suite which was huge. We especially appreciated having a separate living room to kick our heels up after a full day of touring on foot. The lounge on the 8th floor offered another option for relaxing after an exhausting day on our feet.

United States of AmericaThe room I was in head no natural light. The one window I had I tucked behind heavy curtains, a dresser and a TV. The window opened up to a closed in section of the roof, which made the room very dark (w/o lights on). There also were not many food options for people with dietary restrictions such as diabetics. (Not necessary, but would have been nice)
The facility in general was amazing. The staff was incredible, very accommodating and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast and dinner was also amazing.

United States of AmericaThe double room seemed a bit small and a bathtub isn't an option in any of the king combinations, including suites. It would be nice if they had someone to monitor the pool as well, there was a family with about 6-8 rowdy kids that sorta took over and forced the adults to the hot tub to avoid getting splashed in the face. It's a good size pool so maybe if there was someone to come by and tell them to keep it to one side of the pool so everyone can enjoy it? The guests could do it as well, but I think having staff do it could help avoid it from escalating to a conflict. The valet seems a bit expensive, especially when it seems like I'm always waiting quite a while for my car. I understand it's a tight parking lot and there's usually only a couple guys working, but then maybe the price shouldn't be almost $40/day. It almost offsets the complimentary food/drinks. Next time, I'll probably park elsewhere nearby. The on site restaurant is just okay. I had probably one of the worst orders of chicken wings I've ever had in my life from here. It was like someone forgot about them in the fryer. They were way too crispy and extremely dry inside. They didn't even try to cover it up with sauce, the barely put any on and it made it that much more noticable just how bad they were. Luckily, the complimentary food from earlier was good enough that it made it not worth being too upset about.
I love the breakfast, the evening complimentary food options, the discounted desserts, the indoor pool/spa, and the little convenience store downstairs. It's right down the street when I go to PPG arena.
