They allow dogs but in order to take the dogs out to go to the bathroom they recommend a park that’s a few blocks away. They also warn of walking around at night as it is a downtown city which made taking the dog out at night almost impossible. Also hot tub was a little cold.

Very nice staff and rooms and views. Always love the drury kickback and breakfast!

Happy hour is a great perk but it gets very loud and crowded quickly. Front desk was on the phone with a friend for a while before acknowledging me at check-in. But once he got off the phone, he was helpful and pleasant.

Walking distance to river walk restaurants and music venues (quick walk to Riverside Theater), room was clean and comfortable with nice views of the city.

No hand soap on arrival. Asked front desk on Friday afternoon for soap. Never had it delivered. I saw the housecleaning person Saturday afternoon and requested it then. The hotel windows should be soundproofed because there were drag races in the middle of the night on both Friday and Saturday. It woke me up on Friday. Engines revving; squealing tires...not great. Very pricey for a discounted rate. If possible, please consider low carb options for those of us who are medically required to avoid breads, potatoes and other high carb foods. Having scrambled eggs every morning is not appealing.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room. I wiped down everything when I arrived, and the wipes were not even remotely dirty after wiping. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely view of the river. The 5:30 kickback (happy hour) was nice. Nice to have breakfast on premises and very clean.

1. You don't carry liquor that I prefer fir drink card....kaluha and cream or partial bottle of bailey's...there were others as well..was disappointed and surprised a bar didn't have more options! Check out time...if a customer checks in...is there a way to get late check out? Both my husband-son are physically disabled and I as mother-wife...I care fir both,gave to do packing..getting them together..extra time is needed.It is very strenuous on 1 person. I REQUESTED 2 STAYS BACK THAT your Hotel please add into computer...my husband's Military status with having shown paperwork at time...however April 30th artival-departure...we got charged full price for the stay. I noticed-realized about an hour after having paid for suite. I let it go this time....however....I BELIEVE it was NOT KEPT in computer!! We noticed this stay that there were several new faces that were not known and wondered where a few previous employees were that were extremely nice-friendly.....High turn over? IS DRURY having problems keeping their employees? It is noticeable!! Makes a person think. Just saying...we noticed.

Wish there was more dietary choices....i.e. Vegan...minus soy...not supposed to have(immune system problems)...makes for very hard time being able to eat at all for meals!!

The elevators had a nice security feature but it required quick movement, which was tricky while juggling a family and luggage. Not really a complaint, it was a good thing, just something to be aware of because I didn’t have enough free hands for on our first ride up. I also wish the bathroom light wasn’t on a timer/sensor, as we usually use it for a nightlight; but again, that’s minor.

The kitchen staff were attentive & friendly without being intrusive. They seemed to enjoy their jobs, which was comforting.

The only complaint is that our room was a little musty or smelled like stale cigarettes but this is the first time we have had that issue. We turned the fan on which helped some.

The breakfast is always good. There is a lot of options. Something for everyone. Coffee, soda, water and juice which is nice. The largest continental breakfast that I have seen offered at a hotel and not had to pay extra for. The staff is always so nice! The beds are comfortable. Having off street parking when you are in the city is also nice although an extra fee it is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels in the area. Great location!

We spent 2 nights here during the week. Great hotel, accommodation was excellent, Happily amazed at the 3 free drinks per day per person for happy hour 5.30pm-7pm as well as hot nibbles(dinner) and then breakfast in the morning, which both had a good variety of choices. Would highly recommend this hotel,nice and comfortable, close to public transport or you can easily walk to places of interest.

Can't think of a single thing! Shower was hot, room was tidy and ready for comfort, easy access in and out. All good here!

First time at the Drury. Excellent amenities providing free buffet dinner AND next morning breakfast. They accommodated the people running the marathon by providing breakfast much earlier.
