United States of America1 reviewWonderfulMy room was cleaned and the cleaning people throw away my souvenir cups . My daughter cried about it. Wasn't in the trash and were hard plastic cup (3 cups) with straw and logo where we got it. My windshield was cracked while was parked with the vallet.
Great location, close to everything n quiet at night . I love how they have a light dinner. The beds were comfy.

It’s in the middle of everything! I can walk towards the Alamo and shopping center or towards Market square. The Riverwalk is right underneath the hotel and I love how I can catch the boat tour so close. Perfect location.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The spa bath was so relaxing. The included breakfast had plenty of options and the included evening light dinner and drinks was a nice surprise. You could stay here and only need to spend money on lunch if you chose to. The staff was amazing and the location perfect.

Our room was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable of our 2 week trip (Two nights at The Drury). The staff was professional, friendly and very accomodating. Breakfast, and evening "Snack" -which could certainly be considered a meal if you want) were very tasty and plentiful. Right on the riverwalk, so what more could you want?

I'm told if you don't get a balcony, you'd prob be in the main tower. If you forgot something in your room it was a lengthy roundtrip.
Location was good, the staff was super friendly and helpful, happy hour was fun, breakfast had good food and a lot of variety.

During breakfast, plain eggs are served directly beside eggs with bacon in them. My sister has a serious meat allergy and cannot have bacon. I inquired with an employee about getting her some fresh eggs and the employee (Josh) told me there was no way the eggs had been mixed. I tried to explain that we could not take that chance. He said to get another spoon. He didn’t seem to grasp that if the plain eggs had been mixed with the eggs with bacon that my Sister could have a left threatening allergic reaction.On the night that the barbecue was served no employee knew if there was meat in the beans. Also there needs to be an alternative protein for guests with Alpha-Gal. We ultimately decided to eat out after this. The included food was not worth risking having to find the nearest medical center.
The Hotel was in a nice location and my family enjoyed their stay there.
