Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Just a small local motel and I don't have any complaints , Price is right and I'm glad there right near downtown. I'll be back
Decent old school motel and room was very clean and comfortable , microwave , refer and cable. Located near old downtown Hillsboro with nice coffee house , good food and close to Shute park. Staff was very nice!

All 3 nights a lot of noise from room over me.It went on till after 11 and I think it may have been kids.
Did not realize you had breakfast. I have been married for 54 years and lived in Oregon for 1 year at the beginning of our marriage. It was in an apartment on Walnut St.

For the money I paid I wish that they could of had some kind of breakfast.

No closet or hanging space in our room. Need to add hooks or other means for hanging clothes.
Facilities were very clean. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Motel is located on a quite busy street, but our room was generally quiet. We used the heating/cooling fan as brown noise, which tamped down the street noise. We ate at a good, clean Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Many other good offerings within walking distance. Great coffee shop across the street.

The beds aren't super comfortable...but still able to sleep. I had a really noisy neighbor on the last day, I called the front desk for them to do something. They only called their room, but the guests continued to party loud until 5am. I took matters into my own hands and politely, but firmly told them to shut up.
No breakfast provided, but there are lot's of places to eat around the hotel!

Room was toasty warm, I would have turned down the heat (it was a cold winter day), but there was no thermostat. I called and was quoted a price of $125 (cheapest of anything nearby). I went on Booking.com and was able to get the same room for $102.
The hotel was quiet, with refrigerator and microwave. Very clean. Bed was softer than I like, most would have found it very comfortable. They were available last minute, when I was stranded due to a snowstorm. There is a coffee shop across the street, and several restaurants and groceries very nearby.

(Keep in mind that this is a VERY reasonably priced motel, just some things to know): hallways can be super noisy (that's on the guests not the management) ac unit is super loud (just old); tv is really small; sirens can be a wee bit annoying (just a block or two from the police department); comforters are either really faded or just kind of dull colors (uninteresting but not offensive).
Beth, at the front desk made me feel like family. So welcoming and kind. This is my second time staying here and I will again. They are making little upgrades that make the rooms pretty nice. As a single woman staying alone I feel super safe and my comfortable here.

No where to hang clothes. Toilet seat had dried stool on it! Fresh linen not used and sheets not straighten out even though I tipped several dollars each day!

The entry needs to be cleared of all the packages, etc. Make it a warm welcome sight with chairs for guests while waiting to check in. Offer a container of fresh water for tea in addition to coffee.
The staff at the desk greeted us warmly and chatted about our stay. The price was reasonable for the accommodations rendered.

No box of tissue, and the fridge never got cold enough; even on max coldness the freezer compartment was unable to freeze water in the ice cube tray. Also, no closet so no hangers or iron/board.
A very good supply of towels, and the hot water temp was perfect.
