No beach chairs or towels. We were from out of town arrived by plane could not bring beach chairs and chairs we 25.00 and up by our condo.

Internet didn’t work until our last day, but staff very attentive in getting it fixed. There was no public area for grilling.

Location was good, short walk to public beach, has nice bay view. Price was good. Close to a convenience store and restaurant

The directions to the unit were terrible, and customer service was no help. No spices, salt or pepper, but no coffee, really?

Short walk to beach crosswalk. Close to restaurant. Spacious and clean.

The only that I would have changed was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and no fan in the master.

Sofa had lots of fluid stains, for saying it's a bed, it was very uncomfortable.

The key was very hard to get out of the lock box. Also after we stripped the bed, there was a huge stain maybe a urine stain on the mattress.

The colors of the unit were really relaxing and incredible. The decorations were very very nice.

Great location! Next door to a great restaurant and small grocery store. Beaches were just across the street. Plus we were on the intercoastal. The patio was also nice.

I loved the condo! It’s was very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the bay was wonderful! It was a nice quiet location and an easy access to restaurants and parks! I would stay here again!

Fortunately the door was left unlocked because neither I or my husband could open the lock box. The next morning we tried again and was able to get it open while having the door open. Otherwise we really enjoyed the condo, the pool and the location was great! We rent a house for a week every year and this condo was our few days alone until the kids and grands arrive.

Privacy and atmosphere. Felt like a home away from home to escape for some much needed relaxation and downtime. Safe Ave secure feeling and could definitely enjoy it by yourself and feel comfortable.

It wasn’t clean, the dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty. The couch and love seat were filthy dirty, the rugs were dirty and the kitchen table looked dirty because there were so many nicks in it.

I loved the location. It has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound and a short walk to the beach on the Gulf.

First, I there wasn’t proper directions for the lockbox. Due to us not being able to get it open, I called the available customer service number at 8pm upon arriving. I was told my request would be turned over to maintenance. Thankfully the door was left unlocked so we could get in. We waited and waited. The next morning I called twice because we couldn’t leave without being able to lock the door and get back in. The man didn’t show up until almost 11am… stating “they must’ve not had my right number”…. That’s 14 hours of waiting. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. Also, the bed was as hard as a ROCK. I couldn’t even get a full nights rest, having to move to the couch where the cushions only shifted as I sank down to the frame…. Stains on the couch and only half of the outlets worked in the condo.

Location was nice. Unit was clean. The ladies on the customer service help line were nice.

Elevator was not working when first arrived to unload. Beds were uncomfortable, was hot inside, and dryer took forever to dry clothes.

Loved everything!

Perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful pool! The bedroom and living room was just spacious and perfect! Very short Walking distance to a seafood restaurant. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The property is run down. Like other reviews said the bed is uncomfortable. The sofas are no longer white, borderline gross. For the money I was hoping for better value.
