We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaI don't like the smaller elevators in the South Tower and that amenities we've enjoyed on past visits are in the other building, instead of a quick elevator ride away.
We've visited many times with children, grandchildren, as a couple and as a solo older woman. This hotel is fun at any age. I much prefer the North Tower as the coffee shop, restaurant and larger elevators are located there and the building just seems to be a bit more updated. The parking deck is also located directly across from the north building. This last visit, probably due to our room choice, put us in the South Tower. It was fine and the room was beautifully clean but next time I'll ask to be in the North Tower. The hotel is well staffed and I cannot say enough about how cordial everyone is. From the front desk to the maintenance crew we met in the hallways, we felt very welcome.

United States of AmericaChildren locks on cabinets. The cafe should have breakfast as well for convenience. Or connect the towers together so you don’t have to go outside in the weather. More parking space for oversized vehicles. Cafe should think about adding pizza to the menu. The kids pool water was cold compared to the lazy river’s water.
The indoor swimming pool areas were nice and full of chairs for parents. Location was decent. Not too far from broadway.

United States of AmericaMy biggest complaint was that the resort left no information in the room. We usually stay at a condo for spring break and always have a welcome paper of some sort, letting us know what wifi passwords, check out expectations, and other information we may need. Also, we were there for 5 nights, and we were never told that housekeeping would be coming into our room at some point (which both times was while we were gone) to restock towels, etc. We definitely should have been told that was their process and had an opportunity to opt out. Also, the washer and dryer could most definitely need an update, and the kitchen was minimally stocked.
There were a lot of amenities for the kids and family! Waterparks were great, outdoor bar, dining, and a playground right at the resort!

United States of AmericaThe building and amenities are very old and not really well maintained. The cleanness is very good but still can feel it's very old and too much used (towels, blankets, sheets, ...). The sofa bed was definitely not comfortable.
The location is wonderful. The indoor water park is amazing and the kids had a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is good and big, but you need to cross the road for it.
