My sheets were dirty , the jets to the tub needs to be scrubbed. Minor little things overall it was great

The pool with the big slides was closed for cleaning. The water in the hot tub was cool not hot because the sliding door to outside was coming down and the wind was coming in. There was barely anyone there to ask for anything.

The room was a great size for my daughter and I. There was a Starbucks and restaurant in the resort downstairs.

That the magic show was where the pool was and all the kids didn't have chairs to sit in and were restless sitting on ground cause couldn't see past people in front of them and it was too loud from the pool area couldn't really hear the guy talk so didn't k ow what was going on so they chose to leave the show

That's there were several things to do for kids of all ages. The kids loved the water park that was open. Will definitely go back.

Room too small, breakfast cost to much for a family

Breakfast costed us $80 for 4 people and wasn’t the best. We also found hair in both beds. We booked a room with separate bedroom, and when we walked in it was a standard room with double beds.

The pools/hot tubs in our building were being renovated at the time of our stay which was a bummer. We recommend getting different beds for the queen rooms-- the beds squeak, and make noise throughout the night when moving in bed!! The beds seem larger than the bottom base? otherwise no other complaints!

The room was welcoming, plenty of space and the view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular!! We truly enjoyed our stay @ Dunes Village once again!! We did not eat on premises, enjoyed the location and staff was super friendly.

The tub had plumbing issues but the staff was notified. They will have maintenance to fix the problem.

The fire alarm going off at 2:30 in the morning, but it wasn’t hotel fault.

The property has definitely went downhill and needs a lot of attention and maintenance. The room was basically falling apart and throughout the hotel.

We have always stayed at the Dunes and have absolutely loved it. This time not so much.

The waterpark in our building was closed for repairs. We were only notified about a week before check-in. The temps were in the 20s (unusually cold), and we had to walk over to the other building outside to get to the other park. There were no changing rooms and a very crowded pool area, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Also, be sure to bring coffee and filters because they do not have k-cup machines, nor do they provide coffee. You have to pay over $3 a cup for what I can only peg as foldgers or lesser quality coffee.

The water parks are always a hit with the kids, and the rooms are large and private enough for spreading out. We had four kids and two adults, and as the adults, we were able to hide out in our room from time to time for some rest between family activities. We had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect. Also, the reasonably stocked kitchen makes it nice not to have to eat out all the time.

The water areas always under construction when we come for the last two years and it be so crowded that we can’t really enjoy ourselves but we made the best out of it!

I love the property! I wouldn’t complain about really nothing but every time we come around this time of the year it’s always something going on with the water areas! For the price I wish my kids could have really enjoyed themselves but it was so crowded. It’s always something wrong with one of the areas for the last two years

The living room furniture and dining table/chairs and stools were a bit beat up in our room. The leather on the stools was cracked all over and the arms of the living room chair was pretty worn and stained for lots of use.

The kids loved the pool and the playground. All the beds were comfortable. Our room was very clean when we arrived. All the staff we encountered in both the Palms and Palmetto building were very friendly and helpful.

waterpark was closed- didn't say anything till you make reservation ( pretty shady ) washer dryer in op- no water in room for 36 hours. ( it was very cold while we stayed may have had an impact )

price is reasonable, water parks are great, location- away from downtown busy but only a 5 min drive

A lot of construction and we had to park in a parking garage quite a distance from the hotel. I’ve got mobility problems so it made it fairly difficult for me.

A guy came to fix the TV at 1130 pm and never showed back up. The next morning at checkout 11am...another guy showed up to address our problem. They wouldn't allow late checkout..thats bad too

The pool water could've been a little cleaner and a little warmer.

We didn't eat breakfast, it was an extra charge per person my family isn't big breakfast eaters anyway. The room was clean and large enough for my family. We didn't go to the beach to spend the majority of our time inside the room. The food at restaurant was good and very convenient. No issues or complaints.
