All the drug infestation of people hanging at every corner. Slamming of door kids screaming in the next room. Very sketchy people hanging around. Felt very unsafe. Beautiful hotel for such sketchy clientele.

I booked a balcony room but was put into a non balcony room that was dirty, dingy and the door had to be slammed to fully close. The cafe was closed when I went for lunch and since they no longer have KJ Mac, the bar was dead on Saturday night.

The parking area was cluttered with mattresses and junk.. the closet door in our room was broken had to use my phone as a key..

I don’t understand why if I am already staying in a room there and make a booking for the next night. Why do I have to pay another $100 deposit for the second night when you have one already. Also having to pay the early check in fee when I am staying in the same room makes no sense to me because the room didn’t have to be cleaned and we were there already?

We loved the hotel room no complaints there. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

The room I was in (164) needed a lot of updating. The drain in the tub did not work, the outlets were loose and whatever I plugged in kept coming out, there was no iron, the tv would not turn on. The bottom of the bed frame was ripped. Basically it had a lot of things that needed updating. I asked to move to a different room but according to the receptionist none were available. I got to the hotel around 10-10:30 at night and after a long drive I didn’t want to go look for a different hotel.

The outside of the property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was very dated. Appeared to be built in the 70's with no upgrades, modernization in all the years. Tired... Flooring in corridors and rooms was older carpeting requiring cleaning or replacement. Bathroom was very, very dated with original plumbing fixtures, sink, tub and bathtub tiling. Tile grout around tub was dark stained (mould??). Hot water tap was stripped when we used it and had to leave hot water flowing as unable to turn off before checking out. Reported to front desk clerk. However, no maintenance staff working early in the morning to repair. Water flow from shower head was very low.... Based on low nightly price we didn't expect a lot. You get what you pay for. A good night's sleep on a long trip!

The room we were provided was large, the bed was Kingsize and very comfortable. Hotel and room were quiet.

The carpet smelled like they cleaned it and didn't get a chance to dry so it had an awful smell.

Beware of their late fees checkout, even if you check out of the room before or around 11, they do charge 17$. However the rooms locations being far, and to load your bags and drop off your keys at the main entrance does take some time which the hotel does not provide any grace period, which is really a sad part. Even after following up for more than 10 days, the hotel management does not respond back for any queries regarding the late fees.

Location of the hotel was apt, and definitely helped us, as it was in between our road trip for a quick stop.

It’s a big place and there are no signs around the property to tell me where my room is. It has been remodeled and that’s probably why I couldn’t find a sign. The air conditioner didn’t work.

Easy to get to and it’s right next-door to Buck Owens Crystal Palace. Plenty of water, pressure and hot water.

The fitness room had 3 items of equipment and was super outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t heated! The beds were too firm for my hips but I also am a sensitive person.

Gorgeous but in the middle of renovations so there was a lot being worked on. I can tell it’s going to look fabulous when it’s all finished. They’ve got great stuff happening. The room was big. The ac unit was really nice. I love when I can keep the fan running all night. Good bathroom facilities with a fan and a eco friendly toilet that saves water but still flushed everything with one flush. Our room keys didn’t work but Maintenance was fast about getting us new ones. I love the restaurant/lounge attached to the hotel also. Karaoke 7 nights a week! Good breakfast choices for $2.

the hot tub was not working and the work out was locked out. I called to see if both off these we’re working and was told yes. I would have booked somewhere else if the staff was honest or informed.
