The couple above us were making noise for 20 minutes banging on the bed at 4am and again at 6am. The couple knew where we were, so complaining could have caused us physical problems. There were other empty rooms not above us that could have been used instead of the room above us. The breakfast was okay, but it took 2 minutes for the coffee machine to make coffee. There was only powered creamer, and the selection of food was meager There was no bedside table on one of the sides of the bed.

The only problem was the funky TV set up. It was very difficult to change channels as the Direct TV box was located inside a cabinet. You had to point the remote close to a small opening in the cabinet for it to work which was a pain.

Great staff. Comfy beds. Awesome breakfast and cookies at check in. They also have a reasonable charge for pets. Easy on and off the interstate

Staff could tell you ahead of time that Hot TuB needs to warm up for an a hour, the pool area should be open earlier so we can enjoy the sun from 8am and close later than 9pm, like 10pm at least. There should not be styrofoam dishes at breakfast, but recyclable cardboard or other. Sausage and bacon impossible to reach.

Besides being convenient to my destination, it was like an oasis in the retail sprawl. Clean, quiet, attention to detail and so many little unexpected extras. The best part was the awesomeness of the staff

The room was nice and clean. The place itself was very nicely kept up. The hot breakfast was nice. I thought it was a great value for the money. I will stay there next time I'm out that way.

Maybe it would look much cleaner if they take down the dried death crawling plant all over the facility. I am sure it looks so nice when it was green... just a penny thought. It doesn't mean I dislike it.

Great staff, dog friendly, easy access, and park. Lots of food options are surrounding, safe, quiet, and clean. Great place for bargain travel!

I can't think of anything I would have changed.

I picked Dynasty because of it's proximity to my early morning dental appointment and price. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and numerous thoughtful amenities like coffee, electric fireplace, numerous toiletries. When I arrived the room had obviously been recently cleaned but the window had been left agap so the cleaning products weren't overpowering and the room had a fresh air smell instead. Alot of thoughtful touches and pleasant staff. Thank you.

We had to stay due to our road being closed from the snow storms. When booking our room the booking app froze. When it reloaded, it unknowingly changed our check in dates. So when we arrived there was no current reservation for us. Angelica at the front desk went above and beyond to help us figure it all out and made our stay great!

Staff was great. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, nice towels and toiletries (dispensers for soap and shampoo). Security seemed excellent. Location below the elevated freeway meant no freeway noise. (I'm now at another motel with freeway noise.) Breakfast was good -- fresh fruit, boiled or scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, bagels, toast, very good juices in a dispenser, and a Starbucks coffee dispenser.
