There was a lot of noise from the freeway outside. The walls are also very thin so you can hear conversations, moving out etc. from rooms around you. Good hotel for a quick stop-by but would not recommend if you’re a solo-female traveller as it didn’t feel like the safest of areas. Quite far from any attractions so be prepared to spend money on an Uber as it’s not a walkable area.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. The pool was full of leaves when we first arrived but staff were quick to give it a clean and offer to turn on the spa if we wished. The room was cleaned well and the bed was comfortable.

Very loud construction at the property 2 of the 4 nights we stayed, which began at 6am. We were not advised. The construction and/or maintenance crew was cooking from a truck in the parking lot and, even though it’s legal, their endless pot smoking made the property smell horrible, not well managed by the property.

Communication was good; held luggage for us; friendly;good housekeeping plenty of towels.

We had a family emergency, drove 6 hours and arrived late. The check in person was rude and defensive. We had to stay as we paid prior to arriving. We certainly didn’t feel welcomed. The property was small as well as the parking spaces, very crowded and tight. The pool and hot tub was dirty. Not inviting.

The check out person and the rest of the staff were over the top nice. Our room was clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

For the price paid, I'd say the value was at best, mediocre. There's nothing overly wrong with the facilities but at the same time, you can almost get the same sort of room at a Motel 6. On top of which they have the audacity to charge for parking!

It's on a major thoroughfare so it's easy to get anywhere in Glendale. It's also extremely close to a local Target for those situations where you might have forgotten to bring something with you on your trip

There was odor in the office and the room if mustiness as if mold or sour mop was used or the rooms have been closed without fresh air circulation for a long period of time.

1st the air conditioning of our room is not working well good thing we only use the room to sleep at night. 2nd our room is 2nd to last where they put there cleaning supplies so around 8am the cleaning guys are in and out of the room and very noisy they dont really care about the people staying in the room but maybe if other rooms will be okay.

Front desk staff at check-in was mixed - one young lady was very nice and accommodating and the other young woman - who I think is her Manager - was cordial but not friendly at all and almost seemed annoyed to be working there and helping guests. That one might want to consider NOT working in the service industry. $9 for parking - in a space barely wide enough to fit a small sedan... uhm... take the parking $ and repave your lot to make it more usable. But would prefer they just roll the $10 into the rate.

This is a noisy location. There is nothing they can do about the noise because it is near a busy highway. The bathroom was clean, but the towel rack fell off the wall with my only clean towel on it. They could improve the upkeep of the rooms

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. This was an unplanned trip so I didn't pack shampoo or soap - the room had a nice selection. The breakfast was good - waffel machine was a plus

Television remote was faulty. Hard time changing the volume. Breakfast was fine but the toaster did not seem to function correctly and continued to burn the bread even after turning down the setting. Towel rack was missing.

Door however did not seal completely, and there were a lot of homeless around, very loud and annoying when trying to sleep. Parking lot extra and difficult to park in.

Had all basic amenities we needed. Room itself was ok, comfortable enough. Good lighting in the room. Parking was extra, and spots were quite tight. Did have decent lighting in lot at least.

Spend $140.00 a night for a room and then management charges another $9.00 a night for parking. For that reason I will not stay there next time.
