The staff wasn’t very friendly at all. The whole process seemed very transactional. On our second day the other guest in the room with me went to ask for extra towels and wash cloths. The guy at the front desk accused us of smoking in the room. Me or the other guest doesn’t smoke and have never smoked not to mention we had 2 kids registered in the room as well. If we did smoke which again we don’t we wouldn’t be smoking in a closed space with children. When I came to the desk to ask what was going on the guy at the front desk in a very accusing tone said you were smoking in a non smoking room we received a report from our detectors that go to the fire department. I asked to see said “report” but he said the manager had it. I asked to speak with a manager and he said they weren’t available.

I like the price of the room the location was ok I’m born and raised in Atlantic City so I know they areas very well.

The hotel its self wasn’t necessarily dirty it just wasn’t up to par. The check in rep was very rude Me and my neice came down for a cheer competition. During the check in process the other agent tried whispered to the one checking us in I hope they have 2 rooms for all those children. Then the one checking me in, was like I don’t see you have 2 rooms and your credit card wasn’t able to be charged so the reservation has been cancelled. So I went to my reservation information and pulled it up to show him that not only was my reservation not cancelled, but I had reserved 2 rooms and I didn’t have to pay until check in. Boy was he unhappy about that, then came time to pay, well I called previously before I arrived and was advised that I would only have to pay a $100 deposit which is returned after the stay, the check in agent becomes upset and was like it $100 per room, I give him the name of the person who told me that, which I later find out is his boss and he get more up step and was like well next time you will pay $100 per room. So I hand him my debit card and I knew he was gone be on some funny mess. Why did he try and charge me the extra $100, but because I only put the amount I knew I would be charged on it that’s all it would let him charge, so then he says owe it wouldn’t let me take the deposit. I’m like it let you take the $100 deposit but I see you tried to take and extra $100 so yes I didn’t agree to that so it’s not going to let you take that. He then hands me my debit card, license and room keys, so I’m like how do I get to the room. He responds elevator right there. I walk off, I get to the rooms and noticed me and my neice does not have rooms adjoining or side by side, which is what I requested but instead of arguing I let it ride, my room not only didn’t have a lamp, the tv didn’t work I went back down stairs to let him know and while watching him check in other people I noticed his issue is only with black guest.

The room was trashy. The curtains were dirty, there was a crack above the window all the way across. The wall paper was piling off the way. The closet doors were off the track just hanging. The bathroom light fixture and heating element didn’t have any covers over it so I could see all in it and it was dusty. The shower rod was shattered on the tile barely attached. It looked like someone was hanging from the shower rod and broke. Then the mattress had a big ass indentation in the middle of the bed as if someone on the “my 700 pound life stayed” in this bed. I’m so disappointed when I called the main desk to try to relocate I was told The hotel was completely booked..

I liked the distance from the boardwalk and the ability to check in after hours.

1. Ice machines broken or not at all on the floors, I had to make two trips all the way down after I was just there not knowing the ice machine was brok on the 4th floor, same with the other didnt have any and I stopped all all floors to find the ice machine. 2. Looks outdated with chipped furniture, rust on the bathtub, television case. 3. Cant use your key to enter from the back if no parking spaces left in the front of the facility. 4. Only one person checking you out when you left. 5. Breaksfast was too cheap. Toast, jelly, one kind of ceral corn flakes, ione kind of muffin Worst selection of a breaksfast ever. Not enough food selection, all cheap. 6. Looks like they should be able to afford more food selections with no modern upgrades to the hotel. 7. Hotel needs a serious makeover starting with painting the front if the hot

Me and my family stayed here for 8 day with NO turnover offer. I was never asked if we needed towels, new sheets etc. When asking for toilet paper 6 days in, for a four family size, it was even a process. The bathroom was gross with a terrible smell like mold and had rust all over the tub and faucet. Clearly the housekeepers WERE NOT sanitizing and changing sheets. I had a stain on the bedding I noticed when I checked in prior to my family’s arrival. I did not appreciate being told breakfast was included when it simply consisted of 1 bland cereal and muffins and bread. Misleading in my personal opinion. Staff was friendly enough so no complaint with the gentleman who checked me in nor for the other attendants. I would strongly suggest when you have families (or anyone for that matter) staying for over a few days- check in and OFFER replacement sheets and towels. I shouldn’t have had to leave towels and trash in the hallway crossing my fingers the housekeeper would offer some form of longer staying assistance

Closet door was off track, checkin was slow, walls were thin, breakfast was almost non-existent. Worst of all only one electrical outlet at sink and another oddly situated in room. Nowhere on or near nightstand to plug in phone’s charger overnight.

The hotel need to put some money for the cleaning, all over buckets to collect the water coming from the ceiling right starting from the entrance. The breakfast? Coffee, waffles and some mini waffles. No fruits, yogurt or eggs. Terrible, I won’t come again.
