Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Air conditioner would kick on and was fairly loud. Breakfast was just okay
Late night check in from driving all day. Was nice place was hotel that is entered from outside entrances. Walking distance to a hardees across parking lot. Bed was confortable and clean room.

We were charged twice for our room and it they lady at the front desk didn't know how to fix it. Had to wait til the next day.

Had to replace key card TWICE. Issue with cable tv for first day, but fixed before we left. Major renovations happening. Good for future!
Price. One hour late check out no charge! Truck stop Restaurant choices galore! Travel center across street open late for munchies. Understand property is directly next to extremely busy highway on-ramp. Husband and I enjoy grey noise, and Hard working a/c unit drowned out truckers.

The high prices.
Prices for motels/hotels have been extremely high, especially as we went further south into Florida. For what we had to pay we felt was unfair. We paid $99 USD for the motel in WIldwood which for an overnight stay while on the road was unreasonable. But all hotels and motels are unreasonably high this year. But we have no choice but to pay after searching for the lowest price. I don’t even want to say ‘best’ price because these are not ‘best’ prices for what we get.

The floors were filthy! And I suspect fleas or bedbugs: I woke up the first morning with red bumps on my feet and lower legs. There were dogs staying in the room next door that barked the entire time - all through the night. The woman at the front desk (not the manager) was obnoxious and downright rude to everyone I saw/heard her interact with (I was so glad she was on the phone when I checked in and the manager took care of me or else I probably would've left as soon as I got there if I had to have dealt with her). I was more hopeful when booking since this place said it was a Wyndham property, but doesn't seem up to their regular standards - needs to clean up more and hire nicer people who are suitable for the HOSPITALITY business.
Location was convenient, near the Interstate. The manager was friendly and offered us to select between an upper or lower floor room. (The manager David was the only reason the staff got a Fair rating because the other staff were very rude and obnoxious). The pool was clean. Breakfast was OK - the pancake machine was intriguing to watch make the pancakes on a little conveyor belt!!

The bathroom was so small that it was really difficult to get into. The door closed in such a way that you would catch your foot between it and the commode. The drapes were not sufficient to keep out the bright lights from the parking lot
