Not much. It has one bathroom so another bathroom would have been great but I knew that when I booked.

The location was ideal. It was close (minutes) to shops and restaurants. The house was inviting, tastefully decorated, and everything was as depicted in online photos.

Beautiful, spotless home in the midst of an adorable town. The owner thought of everything and made us feel very comfortable in her home. Off-street parking. Fun backyard. Highly recommend.

The home was comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. It was a relaxing place to come back to between bouts of sightseeing. It was also well located, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, and the tourist information office. The host provided great information about things to see and do in Culpeper and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here very much and look forward to coming back.

Had a difficult time figuring out how to turn off the fan in the bedroom.

It was very comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. It was in a very quite neighborhood.

Cleanliness, stocked kitchen, very comfy beds and homey feel, keyless entry, extra blankets, all amenities provided, window blinds great choice!

The bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning. There was significant dust buildup on several surfaces and dry toothpaste in the sink.

The location is perfect, walkable to so many of the great restaurants in town. The home was comfortable and spacious.

Best location ever! A block from everything. We were able to walk to shopping, breweries, restaurants, a climbing gym and a beautiful park. The house was very well decorated and was insane value for the price. Much better than any hotel in the area. Firepit out back was nice on a chilly night. We loved all the interesting books and games. :)

Only thing is pictures showed a xbox but there was no xbox… other than that it was adorable and relaxing!

For the price of a hotel room, u get a whole house! Loved Alexa! Considering I don’t have one in my home!

Not any fault of the owner but the A/C was not working properly when we first arrived. Since it was not that hot initially, we didn't notice until day 3 when it was over 90F outside. The owner immediately came over and offered to look at it, and when he couldn't resolve the issue (at 9:15PM), he actually went out and purchased 3 individual AC units and installed them while we watched a movie in the other room. I was blown away at the customer service, responsiveness and management of this property. He went above and beyond to please us!!!!

Entrance to the facility was all done by code and the owner sent me the code a few days prior to arrival. He then texted me after I arrived to ask if I had any questions--he was very proactive and attentive. Could not think of a single item the owner missed--this house was well stocked and super comfortable. All the amenities and more you could want from a small home away from home. Loved all the options on the TV for viewing movies and the Keurig machine (which got a good workout!). Location is excellent as we could walk to restaurants in Culpeper (and there were a ton of high-quality ones to choose from right in town) and close driving distance to the caverns, hiking, and Charlottesville or wine tasting. I highly recommend this place for a family as it was very well located, in a nice, small, lively town, yet easy to get to other locations. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!
