We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe property is old. The room we got had a very strong smell that’s similar to a nail polish remover. The mold smell was pretty strong. The Air condition was extremely loud. It sounds like a motorcycle being started. The carpet was filthy. It had black spots and dirty. The refrigerator was dirty. It had sticky orange juice/liquid splatter. The refrigerator door had mold. Walls had mold. The vents had mold and very dirty. There were roaches and water bug in the bathroom. I also found a roach in the hallway right outside of the room.

United States of AmericaManager was extremely rude! The fridge had to be replaced due to it not working. Bugs crawling in bathroom, hair in the jetted tub and shower, room had a stuffy smell to it and the ac was not working properly.

United States of AmericaIt wasn’t clean. When we walked into the room, it was nice that it was a large king room. But, the furniture was pretty worn, there were cracks in the tile in the kitchen, crumbs on the floor, the bed was somewhat made but the pillows had no cases and were thrown on the bottom of the bed. It was our wedding anniversary and also to scope out the town to potentially move there. It was a special weekend for us. There was a baby roach in our bed crawling in the middle of the night. I told the front staff before checking out and they asked if it was a German roach. Thank god it wasn’t. They said the rooms had been sprayed prior week and left it at that. The room was just so filthy. The walls were dirty, the doors were dirty, the carpet was dirty. The hotel company really have been neglecting this hotel. To top it off, instead of a like duvet cover for your comforter, this hotel does flat sheet, comforter, then Flat sheet on top. So in the middle of the night you’re fighting with 3 sheets to cover yourself. It doesn’t make any sense. At around 10:30 am the day of check out, we are gathering our stuff and a employee opens the door with her key. Says oh they told me you left. To me, I would have been just the same staying at a Ramada or Motel 6. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

United States of AmericaWhen using booking.com, I stated 4 adults and 1 pet. I was given several choices that were pet friendly and choose this hotel. Total price quoted was $217.?? but was charged $248.57. The entire first floor was without air. It was hot in the room, checking in it was 75 increasing to 79 and the following morning 76. I was told the problem occurred two days prior but I was not informed to try and make other arrangements.
With a room so hot it was impossible to sleep, plus room not stocked with bathroom amenities, as in NONE, NOTHING!!!

We were told we had the last room when we checked in so there was no chance of changing rooms. I also wrote to corporate since the front desk person offered nothing upon checkout.
