The fact I had to clean my room, ask for clean towels and take the dirty ones to the front desk. Charged a cancelation fee for a reservation I canceled a week before!

The property is old. The room we got had a very strong smell that’s similar to a nail polish remover. The mold smell was pretty strong. The Air condition was extremely loud. It sounds like a motorcycle being started. The carpet was filthy. It had black spots and dirty. The refrigerator was dirty. It had sticky orange juice/liquid splatter. The refrigerator door had mold. Walls had mold. The vents had mold and very dirty. There were roaches and water bug in the bathroom. I also found a roach in the hallway right outside of the room.

There was no hot water, and they ran out of towels. We had to wait for fresh towels. We were told that they were at full capacity and had no fresh towels they needed to wash the used towels and bring them back

Manager was extremely rude! The fridge had to be replaced due to it not working. Bugs crawling in bathroom, hair in the jetted tub and shower, room had a stuffy smell to it and the ac was not working properly.

It wasn’t clean. When we walked into the room, it was nice that it was a large king room. But, the furniture was pretty worn, there were cracks in the tile in the kitchen, crumbs on the floor, the bed was somewhat made but the pillows had no cases and were thrown on the bottom of the bed. It was our wedding anniversary and also to scope out the town to potentially move there. It was a special weekend for us. There was a baby roach in our bed crawling in the middle of the night. I told the front staff before checking out and they asked if it was a German roach. Thank god it wasn’t. They said the rooms had been sprayed prior week and left it at that. The room was just so filthy. The walls were dirty, the doors were dirty, the carpet was dirty. The hotel company really have been neglecting this hotel. To top it off, instead of a like duvet cover for your comforter, this hotel does flat sheet, comforter, then Flat sheet on top. So in the middle of the night you’re fighting with 3 sheets to cover yourself. It doesn’t make any sense. At around 10:30 am the day of check out, we are gathering our stuff and a employee opens the door with her key. Says oh they told me you left. To me, I would have been just the same staying at a Ramada or Motel 6. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

There was limited hot water in the evening and no hot water in the morning. The refrigerator didn’t work, the AC made a loud growling noise when it ran, the shower floor was dirty, there were chip crumbs near the couch, and the pool was very small.

Hotel room dated. Shower had black mold. Towel were hard & yellow. Not white. One little light in bedroom. Couch very uncomfortable. Kitchen was ok but stove top dirty & old. Paid a lot for this suite & it wasn’t worth the money. Doors going outside was alway unlocked. Never locked. Didn’t feel safe. Won’t stay again.

When using booking.com, I stated 4 adults and 1 pet. I was given several choices that were pet friendly and choose this hotel. Total price quoted was $217.?? but was charged $248.57. The entire first floor was without air. It was hot in the room, checking in it was 75 increasing to 79 and the following morning 76. I was told the problem occurred two days prior but I was not informed to try and make other arrangements.

With a room so hot it was impossible to sleep, plus room not stocked with bathroom amenities, as in NONE, NOTHING!!!

We got no sleep at all. The a/c was so loud and in the bedroom part of the space. We were told we had the last room when we checked in so there was no chance of changing rooms. I also wrote to corporate since the front desk person offered nothing upon checkout. It’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing from them.
