The room was absolutely huge with a separate living area that had a massive corner sofa in. There were 2 TVs and a gorgeous bathroom. Very happy and would definitely recommend. The location isn't the greatest and there is nothing nearby but then again, it is an airport hotel.

Beautifully appointed rooms, with Comfortaire adjustable mattresses, multi-head shower, 55-inch TV, black out drapes. There is a restaurant with decent food, and a very nice pool area. 7 minutes to the Miami International Airport and shuttle service I'd available 24 hours, every 30 minutes. Staff was nice and got us checked in really early at no extra charge. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and DoorDash delivers to the front door. Room key secured elevator for extra safety.

I actually loved everything

It was a perfect stay. I stated for one night after my cruise with my two children. I wish I had more time. The staff was awesome. It was my actual birthday and room service came to my room and surprised me with a cake. That was an awesome tasting cake. I love chocolate and that’s exactly what they suggested me with. I’m definitely coming back

The rain portion of shower kept dripping cold water while using regular Was uncomfortable trying not to get my hair wet and that not shutting off completely

Little slow on breakfast service. Room key needed reprogramming a couple of times. No milk for room coffee, creamer powder not nice. Very minor compared to the positives

Had a long wait for the airport shuttle after a long flight (over 30 mins) and had to call twice. The check in lady wasn't particularly effusive , maybe I was hoping for too much having finally reached our destination that we had been planning for almost a year.

The room was superb, faultless and spacious. The bed was ultra comfortable. Close to the airport...about 5 mins in a shuttle bus. The drivers were friendly.

Really close to airport. Giant well appointed rooms. Free shuttle every 30 ins to/from the terminals (takes 5-8mins); lease hotel on the hour and half hour. Do not charge for left luggage or amazon deliveries. Great "return to" point if travelling round Florida.

We had dinner one evening and breakfast the next morning. The food was fine but the kitchen was abysmally slow — 45 minutes to deliver dinner, and 40 minutes for a routine breakfast. Clearly something was going on, but the staff wouldn’t say anything.

The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully designed.

Amazing Hotel!! The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was incredibly beautiul. Special thanks to Auvelio at the front desk who did his upmost to make an early check-in possible.! The restaurant staff was very friendly and professional. The establishment is just a short ride away from the airport and has a free shuttle service. I will definitely come back to the EB hotel!!

Decor modern, but with a lot of very dark wood

Wonderful staff. The team that served brunch was amazing. Everyone was kind. Additionally the rooms were surprisingly modern. Shower was a 10 out of 10 and the esthetics of the restroom was excellent.
