My main complaint would be the windows/noise- the windows don’t fully seal and outside noise is fairly noticeable from inside the room. The smoking area outside of the bathroom window felt like it was lacking any privacy being able to clearly hear people’s conversations on the other side of the wall.

I really loved the value and location of this property! The units were renovated and really cute also. Parking was easy and staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

I like how there are keypads for the rooms. All you have to do is put a code in to lock and unlock.

The TV and cable did nto work the entire weekend for all guest. It was OK, as I was at teh beach for he beach, but would have been nice at bedtime Parents were looking for it for their children.

The fans with lights were up to date; however, they seemed all connected so every time I turned one fan light off, another fan light would turn on in the other room which became an issue when trying to go to sleep with the fans on but lights off. A little more counter space would have been nice but I would still come back again

The location was great, especially for the price. It was a cute and clean old Florida Style Motel updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend away.

Could have extra necessities especially since there is not a 24-hour office attendant. The pool was greenish and not appealing. The ceiling fan/light would turn on full blast on its own and the TV would unmute itself. Just a little peculiar

The listing said they had beach chairs & umbrellas available and they didn’t. They were actually the patio chairs. We flew in expecting to have those available to use. That was kind of disappointing. Beds were uncomfortable.

New ownership, Staff super friendly! The new owners just purchased the property, They were working diligently to clean up the old outdated Facility, paint the rooms and install new furniture in the rooms.

Nothing bad to say, but if we had to name one thing: we had to reboot TV as we lost the picture one night. This would in no way keep us from returning.

Loved the ambiance of a 50's Court Motel, although the rooms have been upgraded. Directly across the street is the walkway to the beach. New owner, Renee, was very friendly and told us about her plans.

The kitchen. When we walked in the stove was on. We had to keep checking it because the light kept coming on, we had to keep checking because we could see the light on or we felt the heat from the stove.

I really can’t find anything to complain about. Was perfect fit for what me and my fiancée were looking for as a long weekend away from home and kids.

Had that old Florida beach motel feel with beautifully done updated rooms also keeping some of the old Florida feel on the inside. Staff was super friendly and fluid. Was an easy fast check in and so welcoming

Old building, AC WASNT SRONG ENOUGH FOR ME.

No breakfast, they did have coffee, very very pleasant owners, really accommodating. Once the building is remodel will be coming back

It was filthy. Owner was a nasty human after complaining. Was rude to my whole family...... Dirty boxers found beside the bed, fridge filthy, couch filthy, mold and rot in bathroom...not to mention outside had live open wires coming out of the ground for a broken outlet...very dangerous for children. Pool was not heated, outside grill was beyond dirty. We didn't even stay one night and owner refused to refund.
