You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent value. We stopped late and left early. Didn't need anything fancy and didn't want to pay for extras we couldn't use.

The bed was comfortable, but was too high. I had a very hard time getting in and out of it.

I went to the restroom and there appeared to be fecal matter all over the outside of the tub. I had to move one of the beds to retrieve a battery that had fallen out of the remote (it had no back) and under the bed was filthy.
The only thing I liked was that it was convenient for us to stop and sleep

We were very disappointed . Pet charge unreasonable. Advertised as food and none. Never stay at Days inn again. False info.

United States of AmericaIt was in disrepair. The door and wall was filthy. It needed to be scrubbed. The heater worked well, but all the vent slats were cracked. The floor was vinyl and cracked and pulled up in several areas. all the molding around the tub and behind the toilet was falling off and mold was visible. There was no hot water in the shower or sink.
The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well.

Again another motel undergoing renovations, so I see why we got a good rate. The room we were assigned was not habitable, but the attendant immediately moved us to one that was fine. The room was neat and clean, and it was very quiet. Again, I think it was quiet because they hardly had any guests. At first, we were a little uneasy because it felt so vacant. In the end, it was fine and we were only staying one night. We only interacted with the attendant, for we never saw anyone else while there. But if that is the worst I can about the place then that isn't all that bad.
