The offer of breakfast is completely misleading, it’s a sack lunch type situation. Facilities were horrific. I’ve never written a hotel review before but felt I needed to warn others not to stay here. My room didn’t have hot water and they didn’t even offer to move me to a room that did at first. Crazy experience. Dirty toilet brush in the elevator that stayed there the duration of our stay. Everything was filthy and falling apart, the room they moved us to after complaining smelled like cigarette smoke. Pool was cold and had broken jagged tiles exposed that I didn’t feel comfortable letting my daughter near. Wouldn’t spend another night here for $500.

Lobby and entrance was well pull together in a completely misleading way that was mismatched to the rest of the property.

The room was Nowhere near ready. The bathroom.had half a door, the faucet fell apart while using it. The sliding door could only be open with extreme force. The remote for the tv didn't work and tv was stuck on the golf channel. Front desk staff was unprofessional. Bo breakfast as advertised. The elevator was as janky as they come. It really looked like the maintenance staff didn't exist. The list goes on and on. Seriously can't even understand why the property is open to the public.

The location is good. That's really the only positive thing from my experience. I am amazed Quality Inn as a company would put their name behind this property.

Where to start…The information on Booking.com or ProChoicehotels.com are poor representations of reality. The hotel is OLD and in terrible condition. No one is paying to maintain. All the advertising, websites, confirmation emails and electronic marquee- “FREE complimentary breakfast buffet!” There is no breakfast or food. The only morning you get is a notice at the front desk upon check in. The hotel is dirty! Our room had boogers on the wall, dirty floors, the most disgusting couch and chairs I have never seen. Majority of things didn’t work. One room’s heater wouldn’t turn on, balcony doors were hard to open and all lamps only had one bulb each. Had we found somewhere else available we would have canceled and moved, even knowing we would lose the cost of both rooms. Then there were the people wandering the property, drunk and asking for money!

The location in Fort Collins was convenient.

My son and I slept in our clothes (and he turned up the AC hoping to freeze the bugs -LOL) and he woke up with two bites on his ankles. The beds seemed clean to me, but my husband did not like the pillow nuggets.

Lack of communication. Booking.com should not be booking hotel unless they know they can hold the reservation.

I arrived late and the hotel was overbooked and gave away my room. So, at 2am I was with nowhere to go. Very unsympathetic and and basically sent me out with basically a 'good luck'.

The property was pretty run down. Very dated decor. Our room was generally clean, the bathroom not so much. There was a brownish smear on the toilet seat that I cleaned off. Corners of the bathroom floor dirty. We did not use the shower. Didn't feel that we could use the pool (which had a nice seating area around it) since the cleanliness of the room was questionable we weren't sure how clean the pool would be. Free breakfast was part of our reservation but there is no operating kitchen, signs at the front desk indicated they were no longer serving breakfast.

Justin checked us in, he was very welcoming and moved our room from our original reservation ('you don't want to stay on that side of the hotel") to a room that was in a better location. He was open about the challenges the property is going through.

The environment around the hotel was not good. People hanging out in the parking lot, people partying and drinking all night. It wasn’t safe for a family.

We reserved a king but were given 2 full beds and told we couldn't change. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was an old cigarette burn on one of the blankets. The desk has something congealed on it. The sink faucet was loose and to had to hold the lever down to make the toilet flush. The carpet on the stairs and hallways were very dirty. The rooms overlook the pool making everything feel very damp and humid. Additionally it's very loud if anyone is in the pool area.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The ac worked well. And there was plenty of hot water.

Everything... for the Condition of the hotel and our room we should have paid 50.00 at the most. This was worse than any motel I've ever been to. The room was HORRIBLE, water barely got warm, the entire had a bad smell and I could every single thing in the rooms next to us. Seems like hotel wasted money on touch mirror lighting on bathroom mirror... VERY DISSATISFIED

The room had a water leak, the carpet was wet and stunk. The elevator didn't work. The wall and carpet were in desperate need of repair and replacement.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bedding was dirty and had holes in them. Was woken up twice overnight by police in the hallway, yelling and pounding on doors/walls. (I was afraid I might get shot through the door or wall. With all the commotion going on.) Toilet didn't flush. You had to hold the lever until it completely went down.

Bathroom needs remodeled! The tub look like something out of a horror movie! Sun did not even want to go into it! You can hear everything going on outside your room next room everywhere! With no freezer! And very few power outlets! Had to operate the faucets of the tub literally was a drill! Or else it would flood the entire bathroom!

They kept calling my room and weren't being loud. They told me I can't have more than three people in a room and they weren't going to stay the night they were just hanging out for a little while. I will not be staying here and I would make them into people not to stay!

the far 2nd floor room when requested one easy access and 1st floor, the rooms phone wouldn’t work, hear through thin walls, dog barking down hall, two people each side of my room one smoking and coming in room then up talking making noise all night no sleep then called on cell phone to main # requested to be move and lady rudely said that doesn’t do for a change was tired in pain need low back surgery so just stayed bad stay then no tub stopper for hot bath light out one side of bed.
