You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe didn't like the overwhelming smell of smoke that was very prominent when we first walked in and even though our room was non smoking it still had a smoke odor. The odor was through out the hallways. Also no iron or ironing board in the room. No breakfast even thought it was advertised and included in price.

United States of AmericaThere was alot of partying in the parking lot and just so happened it was next to our room. From 3pm in the afternoon til late night around midnight the partying got louder. We called the office to report it. The night manager, is at least that's what she told us, did not answer the phone when we called. Several times. Finally we to the office. She was sitting behind desk. And of course she denied thst her phone had ran. We reported that the noise outside by out window was loud. They were drinking and partying. She told both me and my eife she could not do anything about it. And of course we stressed that we didn't not understand that the hotel did not value their guests better. We also told her we would not be staying again. She just shrugged her shoulders. We did not nit sleep all night. I am a minister and was due to minister at a nearby church the next day. She did not seem to care. I did report this to the office again upon leaving. They stressed to me that the way she handled this was not their policy. I won't be staying here again. And if I was looking for a goid place to stay and I were you I eould choose another nearby hotel. We are going back again to the area this weekend. I assure you we won't be staying here. I think the hotel should accommodate us with at least a partial refund for our triybles.
The location was great. The convenience to restaurants and other retailers was easy access. The room was nice. The day staff were very nice and helpful.
