We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMotel was disgusting. They had new sheets and bathroom was remodeled, but otherwise it was gross. A couch in the room was severely stained with rips and tears. I would never even think of sitting on it or putting my belongings on it. Seemed to be several welfare tenants staying there as well.

United States of AmericaThe room was very cold the airconditioner/heater was not able to be adjusted. The room we stayed in had areas of the wall and ceiling missing. The room was very uncomfortable for me that I had to get another room for myself to sleep in to keep warm and pay an extra fee.
I didn't have breakfast when I went to the lobby but there was coffee. The staff were great very helpful and kind.

United States of AmericaWhen asking for room service to all an on our second day we came back to towels that were stained and dirty. Even when we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels they only gave us a hand towel and regular bed towel which was also stained with yellow and black marks on them. They did not smell clean or freshly washed. Our toilet did get stopped up on the first night which they did fix that issue the next day. The TV in the room was old and out dated.
So the property was close to the location that we needed to be at as we were participating in a Black Friday pop up weekend at the Valley Mall. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping in the area. Upon arrival to our room it smelled clean and there were no bed bugs or any other insects present. During our stay our neighbors were smoking and of course our room did smell of that as well as outside around the door.

United States of AmericaBreakfast is canceled indefinitely. Room was non smoking but definitely smelled of smoke and the comforter and chair both had cigarette holes in them. Cobwebs along all ceiling walls. Shower doesn’t drain well. TV remote didn’t work. Couldn’t find a parking space when we return after the football game so had to “create” one. No extra toilet paper and what was there was not a full roll.

Sticky floor, sticky side table that hadn’t been cleaned, no fitted sheet, obviously missing pillows, and the towels were old looking and stained. It was a roof over our heads so can’t complain too much but it’s definitely not the best quality.
The staff was very friendly.

United States of AmericaThe closet wouldn't open, there was a huge plaster spot on the bathroom door that had not been painted over, there was what looked like a cigarette burn in the comforter and we were in a non smoking room, we couldn't shower because the shower curtain was too thin and water got all on the floor, there was a tear in the towel. The love seat was not comfortable at all. The first night the tv wouldn't work but they had a really great maintenance man that took care of that for us very quickly. We did have to get some air freshener to spray to get the musty smell out of the room.
The employees were very nice and responded quickly to an issue we brought to their attention, the location was good.

HungaryNo sheets on the bed. Asked the lady at reception to give me, she sent a guy who gave a blanket, because no more clean sheets. I was little shocked, and used my own sleeping bed to sleep on the materass. On the website found information... possible to take breakfast, but by check in they told not possible, only coffe and tee.
We just spent 1 night here. The location is ok, close to the city center by the main road. Check in was quick and easy. Free parking in front of the rooms.
