Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is surrounded by dark areas that don't make you want to wander outside at night. (Moderator: Please remove the images of the hotel from my previous review. They were not my images)
I liked the fact that the room was quite large and had comfortable beds.

No breakfast option at property.
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. No problem getting extra towels. Water was hot. Check in person was friendly. Room had plenty of space. Close to restaurants. Parked in "open" garage (car under cover).

The room was good but it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in room especially since there is no breakfast option.
Location was great! Close to everything in Hershey.

Dirty floors- lots of hair and whatnot on the floors near the bed and vanity/ sink area
Had what we needed for a 1-night stay, after being at Hershey park all day! Check-in staff was friendly, beds were comfy, room was nice. 8 minute drive to hershey park was super convenient!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the secondary lock was missing. The deadbolt was fine but that privacy one that clicks over was missing - they def need a secondary lock.

There was no breakfast. This was made clear on the website, and not important to us. The location worked out perfectly for us. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. We ate at a good diner nearby, the Cocoa Diner.

The swing bar door lock was loosely hanging on. Just needs to be screwed in again. It's nothing major, just a tiny thing.
They have the most friendliest and helpful staff. Convenient location to Hersheypark and nearby restaurants and stores. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Scratchy towels.
The location is unbeatable. It is a short drive to the park and main street Hershey. The fact they renovated their rooms is a definite plus. It is what you would expect from a low-cost motel.

Finding the ice machine was a little hard, and we didn't see any signage directing us to it. When we originally booked it we thought breakfast was included but apparently, those services have been suspended even though they're still listed on the site we booked through.
The front desk staff was really nice and efficient during the check-in process. They had a lot of pamphlets for area attractions. The sheets were surprisingly soft and super comfortable. We had working outlets, a fridge, TV, and a microwave. It worked perfect for my family for what we needed for the night.

Honestly, the only drawback is the outside motel. But, there is nothing that we disliked that we weren’t aware of.
It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend. The rooms are clean and we love that the sink is not in the bathroom.

At check the staff was wonderful. Being here with wife in Hershey Medical Center staff went above and beyond. Definitely recommended this hotel.

A small coffee maker would have been nice, but for the price of the room, we really couldn't complain.
To start, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was a fridge and a microwave which came in handy. The location was great! It was close to Hersheypark, restaurants and shops.

That there was no one on duty between midnight and 8am.
The price was amazing. The room was very clean and the check-in process was very secure. Checked ID and everything. I liked the fact that the curtains were open and a light was on in our room when we arrived.
