Flees or some kind of bugs around sink. Water took 15 minutes to get warm. There was no breakfast. I was charged more than you quoted me They must have a shortage of towels mine had to be washed and picked up at the end of day.

the lights were ripped out in the room, there were sink parts on the walkway/outdoor hallway that I tripped over, the stairs are in terrible condition the bed was very uncomfortable, the wires/ box cutout for the lighting or lack there of was exposed

Paid same price for a room I didn't book. They changed there smoking rules and didnt book me into the jacuzzi room. Didn't lower my price or anything. 3 lights were out in the room and one of the side tables didn't have a bulb in it at all.

No staff at desk booked a king they didn't have a king informed me when I went back to desk that hsekeeping didn't clean any king and she doesn't manage their website. Plus I paid online through booking and they charged another fee when I got there but couldn't give me what I booked.

This hotel is a dirty place the room was not the cleanest it also had broken furniture as well as broken beds and broken shower. I don’t recommend this motel at all.

The property was cheap and easy to get into and stay a night or two.

How poorly kept it is the rooms are gross with mold and dripping water , stool and blood on sheets not from me and dirt trash on the floor bathroom was gross mold on walls toilet was dirty bathtub walls were horrible and the shower shot water out the side the front desk staff was sweet and nice tho she deserves a raise

They had availability quickly and the new front desk lady was extremely helpful and sweet she made the entire process more bearable

The TV aren't working, the AC was bad, the floor was dirty and the table top was cracked. Had to switch rooms multiple times for a weekend stay

Lied about having breakfast. Got hit with extra fees which made the overall cost same as I would have had at a nicer hotel. Only one wash cloth . Linen had gum in it heated from being in a dryer. Other bed had cigarette burn holes in it. Crappy pillows and uncomfortable mattress.

We got unexpected additional fees when we first got there, which then made this stay higher priced than others we could have booked. The non smoking room smelled of smoke and had ash burns in the bedding. Black finger prints and black marks on the bottom sheets. Floor and tub were dirty. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. No staff around to talk to about it. The next day, the staff agreed to change our room, but we had to pack everything up, and come back to get a new room key after 1pm. The next room was much cleaner and the bed and pillows were a little more comfortable. Website said there was a continental breakfast, which there isnt. Won't stay here again.

Location was good with eating locations next door. The price was good until we arrived and was told there are additional fees that we didn't expect.

Not enough towels for guests in room, bed covers were dirty and stained, location of rooms were up too many steps, (I have very bad knees). Women walking around all hours of the night outside our rooms. Alot of loud music played at anytime.

The floor felt disgusting, bring socks. It appeared to be a rent by the four dump. Was very uncomfortable with the lack of hygiene in the room. If this were the first hotel I had ever stayed in, I'd never stay at a hotel again

let’s start the room was NOT CLEAN , hair and crumbs and bugs on the floors ( I took pictures). bed had gum on the sheets (I have pictures) Room was overwhelmed with smoke smell I had requested NO SMOKING I HAVE ASTHMA AND SMALL CHILDREN… LIED ABOUT BREAKFAST THATS THE MAIN REASON I BOOKED IT SO I DIDNT NÉED TO GO BUY AND IT WAS IN BOLD LETTERS BREAKFASTS INCLUDED … trash everywhere I asked for a refund and was told NO REFUND I WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT ROOM NOT MUCH BETTER BUT WHAT OPTION DID I HAVE? I’m HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS FORCED CATFISH AD THE AREA IS A HIGH CRIME CENTER… 🤮🤮🤬😡😡
