Location was perfect but room was not very clean and had lots of trouble with key not working and pool was down

The room was half finished, it seemed. Half of what was there looked new, the other half looked forgotten. The paint job was terrible. The lights at the vanity were way too bright. The privacy lock was broken on the main door. The walls are thin. The sheets were itchy. There was a gap under the main door.

The ladies at the front desk were nice. That’s it. Nothing else. How do I say more when there wasn’t any more?

Because of COVID, no breakfast just coffee and packaged donut. Key stopped working. Had to stand outside room for nearly an hour waiting on someone to let me into my room. This clerk had gone around back of building with someone to smoke (after I had asked for help) and other clerk who was always helpful came by and let me into my room even though she was not on duty. Next time I was in area did not stay here because workers who helped me no longer there., Also, the room had roaches!!!

One of the clerks and the housekeeper were very helpful. Am disabled and they made sure I had everything from my car to my room. Put me in room on 1st floor near front instead of upstairs as originally booked for me. If I needed anything, all I had to do was ask.

Under construction,had no light in room, nowhere to sit in room. Had to leave room due to paint fumes. Bug and critter traps everywhere.

When people go to hotel is to rest, i traveled from a long trip just to rest , and people outside were woking in front on my room at 11 pm i just wanted to sleep 💤 And the worse part they have 🪳

Really did not expect much. Needed a place to sleep and was conveniently located.

It kind of is what it is. Basic affordable, staff was accommodating and very kind. The facility is dated but clean.

Our first day was good , lady at the office was super nice even made me fresh coffee, the 2nd day went bad , we seen a couple roaches in the restroom and then when i went to check out Saturday morning i ask this different lady at the dest for coffee and she didn't make any and acted like i was bothering her. She didn't bother to make coffee or put out more cups and creamer. The room had pealing paint on the ceiling and smelled bad . Sheets has burn holes and toilet seat was dirty...ice machine didn't work . If i owned that place it would be beautiful.

Someone in a room very close to me was smoking marijuana. We told the lady at the front desk, nothing was done!! It made me so ill. Room was NASTY! Peeling paint on ceiling in shower. Filth in the handle to the freezer. Window shade was broken. Floors were so dirty, I didn't want to walk on them, even in my shoes.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a short overnight stay, arriving at 11 pm after a 13 hour flight from Africa and a 1.5 hr drive from the Atlanta airport. The first room that we were given was being worked on - there was plaster everywhere, a plastic trough in the sink, etc. The second room that we were given was dirty and had beds that looked like they had been slept in. The third room seemed to have clean sheets. The floor and the bathroom were not completely clean (there was a wadded up napkin behind the bathroom door). The keycard slot was not attached to the battery - the wires were clearly disconnected - so we couldn't go out of our room and lock it or else we couldn't get back in. Sooo... it was an inexpensive place to sleep for 8 hrs and then get up and go, but I wouldn't go back.

The hotel has easy access from the highway. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we couldn't get into our room or there was a problem, she was very helpful, even late at night.

The entire stay, towels and sheets were not changed nor, even offered to us to do ourselves. Had to go to a dollar store and purchase trash bags and a broom and dust pan to clean. The website displayed breakfast. But there is no breakfast. The refrigerator in the room was leaking water continually next to an electrical outlet.

The rates were good and the manager was extremely nice. Although, overwhelmed, she stayed positive and kept it together.

They didn't have a room available for me needing handy cap then put us at days inn and that room was nasty had hair all over the place and smelled of weed something black all over the beds made. The beds at econo lodge are hard as a rock too. The one in 202 had stains all over the sides. They still have not refunded to my bank the 136.50 that's owed to me.

The new girl Brittany was very pleasant.
