Decent motel with relatively few frills. Safe, warm, comfortable so all the basics covered. Friendly welcome on arrival. Reasonably priced.

The smell of the smoking rooms kind of lingers in the area so I still smelled it a little in my non-smoking room. Not bad just slightly noticeable.

It's a decent place to go to sleep for a good price. There is WiFi available I just didn't use it. I'm not sure if breakfast was served but they had a little corner where it looks like they serve it in the check in area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Mattresses were not comfortable. Felt every spring and it needed a matress cover or pad between it and the fitted sheet.

The bed was horrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring with a mattress pad on top. Most hotel beds are comfortable but this was far from it. The neighborhood wasn’t the best. There were a few men hanging around late at night but we had no issues.

For the most part it was clean but the floor was a little dirty. It’s an Econo Lodge so very basic amenities but it had everything we needed for our short trip. There’s a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There’s no iron and ironing board in the room but you can request one at the front desk which worked out for us. It’s close to several restaurants and grocery stores.

When I stayed at this location last year, breakfast was available at the hotel. That was not an optuon during this visit. There wasn't an ice machine on the second floor.

The bed was uncomfortable (very hard) and only one pot of coffee was brewed at a time.

The evening staff was terrific! She was personable, professional and was a great help. The price was fair, yet new mattresses are necessary!

The mattress was not really soft, it was very firm which isn't the greatest on my back. But to only stay one night it was not bad.

The reception counter's plexiglass and low seating reads 'we are a high crime area and eye contact is a risk'. Of course that's the 'worst case' scenario. Eliminate the plexiglass then raise the desk then provide the receptionist a stool. That would greatly improve customer/greeter connection by creating a warmer welcome. The room needed seating 'for 2' area. Adding a simple matching club chair and small table between offers another spot for guests to cozy up without getting into bed. A coffee maker. Sure, its nice the office offers coffee in lobby. But having to dress then go outside in the rain made that less than a comfortable option. Lite breakfast fair: fruit, yogurt, muffins. I thought I saw that on the website
