Heavy smoke smell everywhere

Room was dingy, back of door had peeling paint, curtain was coming off window, TV didn’t work, no hot water, no trash can at all, place needs complete renovation

Proximity and convenience of travel to vendor event. Staff were friendly and helpful, nobody was intrusive. Beds were made well and I slept well

Where do I begin? Let's just say, when some people have a grudge, there are different ways of dealing with it. Limited hot water, no garbage can, no fridge or microwave, no shower focet, just a shower, no bathtub plug, room is very muggy, tv remote barely works, doors are plastered up, sheets are torn up, blood splatter and stains on the sheets, facility is run by young kids who don't really care, right next to the county jail 😕 I wish I had a better experience, but I doubt that they will care. Let's see what the response will be

Location is good, parking is good, the people running it go through a lot of headaches, I feel for them, but their issues should not become my issues while staying here

Everything there wasn’t housekeeping to clean the room. we used the same towels for three days. I told the person at the front desk, about the roaches in the bathroom and they looked at me crazy.

nothing, it’s a DHS hotel. a bunch of drug addicted people who desperately need help. I did not feel safe and I feared for my safety.

All staff seemed nice except for one lady at front desk tried to over charge me when I have receipts that I paid everything. dirty sheets and blankets. asked for a clean blanket cause the first one had blood on it and she brought me another folded up dirty blanket. and the blankets were white so you could clearly see all brown and black stains. Barely had hot water. first night showered with cold water. Asked if they had an ice machine she said go to the diner across the street. they might give you a cup of ice. You can clearly tell there’s drugs being trafficked through property. not a care in the world. Room smelt like cigarettes everyday. and we don’t smoke.

The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture all had cigarette burns. Perhaps I got a smoking room? Next time I will definitely request a No Smoking room.

The price was great for someone on a budget and I was able to check in a bit early. The check-in staff was very friendly. The place is very run down but adequate, warm and clean. No bed bugs etc. The room was spacious and I had no problem with the WiFi. There are no ice or vending machines but there is a wonderful diner just across the street and no shortage of dining options nearby. I had a great Japanese dinner a few blocks away!

Room smelled of stale smoke. The motel layout had several areas that were dark and appeared unsafe.

there were homeless people and people who were high wandering outside of the rooms. unless I was in a big group I would’ve felt uncomfortable staying here.

I called twice for TV. not working and one of the stuff said it’s had been fixed but wasn’t and the next day I called for towels and the reception guy I will bring it to you after more than hours I called again he said too busy if you like come get them . so I went down to the office I saw the guy alone with no customer there . that was after 11:00 pm .

Room was not ready despite request for early check in. No hot water for showers. Would not allow use of bathrooms near the lobby after a three-hour drive and the room not being available.

Neighbors were a little noise next door and there were some transits walking around the property and "suspect" people going in/out of rooms hanging around

Room 206 was clean with hot water in bathroom and comfortable bed, diner right across the street (good food) stores and other eateries in walking distances

the room smelled like cigarettes . old furniture w burn marks. toilet seat didn’t fit toilet. bathroom door too big for door , hard to open and close and extremely noisy when doing it. tv remote didn’t turn tv in or off, fridge froze our drinks, one bed had a bed pillow and a decorative square pillow. a/c incredibly noisy.

Tv didn't work. Loud noises middle of the night .alarms. ppl partying all night outside our window. Pillows where flat. Blanket didn't look clean. Used our own.
