Older woman at front desk slow and worst attitude. Came back after we checked in our room it smelt like mildew and on top of that the air conditioning was leaking and we went to to report it so nobody blamed us and she caught a attitude even tho I had pictures of the proof. Didn’t even wanna get into another room bc she’s so disrespectful!

Lights in the room hardly worked. Water came out of the shower very slowly. Mold and mildew on the walls and especially in the bathroom. I had a hard time getting the soda machine to take money and the candy machine would take money but wouldn't give me what I wanted and it was hard getting anything out at all. Coffee was nasty.

I like the location of it cause it was close to a lot of things to eat. It was easy to check in and out. It was the cheapest in the area for one night so good value.

The beds were hard and the facility was old. The heater was marginal, but OK.

We went there for a football game. The location was excellent, but the price was about double what we would expect to pay. The free breakfast was good--including hot waffles.

The staff need customer skills, very rude the location is not bad.

Upon walking through the set of doors needed to get to my room (not the lobby) I smelled weed BAD. I wouldn’t have minded but my children were with me and kept asking what the “funny smell” was.

I liked that it was out by itself, but still within walking distance to a few things. It was also quiet despite the amount of vehicles that were there implying a lot of other people

Well first thing is as soon as we got there was another guest complaining about having hair on there sheets. Then in are room there was hair in the shower and looked like they didn’t even sweep the floors in the room.

my key didn’t work and I went to the front desk and told them I told him I had to go to the hospital and he said he would be there to fix my door and he never dead so my door stayed open for several hours with all my belongings in there

Tv didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work because the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, no coffee maker in the room - halls smelled musty - staff agreed to come fix tv and did not show

The beds were not changed prior to our arrival. The top comforter and sheets had obvious spots and the sheets looked as if someone had already slept on them without being changed. I reported the issue and they sent housekeeping staff (2 elderly staff) to change the bedding. They didn't appear to be pleased as I apparently interrupted their evening. We had to wait until they pulled out bedding from the dryer. I was tired and frustrated after a 3 hour drive and enjoying visiting my granddaughter at WVU to come to the room having to wait for something that should have been taken care of prior. I promise Econo Lodge that I will pay more elsewhere for a better stay next time. I think when a paying customer isn't satisfied with what was an obvious lack of responsibility on the hotels part, some sort of discount should have been offered at the time of checkout. With all the diseases going around today, had I not checked the bedding, we could have been at risk.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant.

It was noisy, the staff indifferent (not unfriendly but not welcoming), clean enough but everything was made of the cheapest materials, the bed uncomfortable. I had to ask for toilet paper

Poor A/C room was warm even with thermostat set at 60. Bathroom toilet clogged and they handed us a plunger to fix ourselves, doors to enter buildings were held open with a rock during daylight hours so it wasn’t a very secure
