Stains on the sheets, broken door knob, reserved a king bed but was given 2 queens. The bathroom door hit the toilet during opening and closing and did not lock.

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it was ranked 3 stars, so I expected more for the money even though the rate was very good. Seems like a fresh coat of paint

The room was gross....stains and burn marks all over the place, the blankets were too small for the beds....the beds were broken....there were multiple holes in the wall and ceiling.

It was located right off the interstate.

The shower was stopping up. Bath room look like it haven’t been mopped. The shower had soap scum all over it. The bed was sunken in the middle and squeak every time you move. Very disappointed NEVER staying here again

The room was clean the only issue I had was cigarette burns in a non-smoking room on the bedding. But other than that the room was clean nobody smoked in that room in a very long time so I guess that’s OK other than that everything was great!

Elwe had bites all over us also We had 4 guest in our room for which they gave us 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels when we requested more we were told thats all they offer. They were Dirty at that i just ended up going to walmart. Usually we pack our own but that bag got left on accident. There were carpet Beatles in the room. We asked for a non smoking room and when we went in you were smacked with the smell of weed. I had to immediately give my daughter an asthma treatment. The guy got upset because i asked him to come upstairs and smell it because i wanted him to smell it so he knew what it smelled like when we checked in. He did he came and sprayed some freshener on the carpet because they had no other rooms available that made it worst. They had no breakfast even after i called and asked before i booked it because of covid. I was told yes they still had breakfast that was a lie. Most sockets in the room were broken they could not keep the charger into the socket it kept falling out. Bed was terribly hard and so low to the floor headboard was filthy. I would have rather stayed at motel 6.

Shower was nice and hot.

We stayed only one night and were disappointed. Our room was not clean well. Floors, bathroom door and walls dirty. Top of toilet cleaned but not the rest of it. Shower stall water faucet was on wrong. Hit and cold mixed up. Shower head terrible. No working light over the sink. They claimed to have breakfast but there was no breakfast at all. This place was worse than any place we ever stayed.

Alot of noise......dogs barking, leaf blower at 8am, then had to move our car a couple of times due to work on the parking lot.

Building is outdated and in need of major repairs. There are people living in rooms permanently. There was NO breakfast.

My non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there were stains on the bed sheets and comforter, the king bed in my room felt like it had no mattress and was extremely hard, tv would turn on but had no available channels to watch and the toilet had not been cleaned. There was also a creepy guy next door who kept hanging out right outside our rooms that looked and acted like he was on something which made us uncomfortable with our three young children.

I like the location as it was close to Kings Dominion
