Room was very dirty ! 1st floor and window did not latch or lock ! Bathroom was beyond disgusting 😒 And the smell was almost unbearable. I have worked as a cleaner many years and would never ever leave a room in this disgusting condition. And the price was very high ! Website pics are very deceiving.

The room was not clean properly it smelled like mildew due to it being closed. Room just needs to be upgraded a tad.

Loved the peace the room was comfy. Love that the room had its own private jacuzzi. It's good for a day if unwinding by self or for a romantic getaway with ur love one.

The property was absolutely disgusting. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. It looked like they flipped the blankets over in attempts to hide the stains the previous occupants left. There was what looked like blood on the ceiling and sink as well

It was a little disappointing that there was no breakfast available in the motel. But there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

The manager was very pleasant. The price was right. Our beds were very comfortable, nice TV, bathroom, clothes hanger rack was handy.

Stains on all of the furniture (lobby and bedroom), lawn scaping was lacking. Polished floors left a residue on socks and feet.

We checked in and saw our room and checked out. Very dirty and gross place. I wish I would have taken pictures to attach to this to show you that the room didn't look anything like the one on Priceline.

Basically everything was bad and gross. If I hadn’t been desperate and exhausted, I would have gone back to the front desk and gotten my money back to find somewhere else to stay. Our entire experience was horrid. Upon checkin, we were ignored for several minutes. Checkin itself took way too long. There was an unpleasant smell through the whole lobby. After getting our ‘one’ key, we walked to our room down a dim hallway, peeling paint, half painted doors. It felt so dingy. We got to our room, and the door didn’t even fully close, it jiggles a bit and left us feeling not so safe. We ended up putting a chair in front of the door. We booked a room with 2 double beds. We were given 1 king bed. We made due, since I was traveling with my sister anyway. The room was dimly lit. The fridge didn’t work. There was a hole in the wall. The sink was pulling away from the wall. Hair in the shower and a used razor cap on the tub. Stains everywhere. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Cobwebs in the corners. I have never stayed in such a gross room. We paid $120 for that sad excuse for a room and I am beyond disappointed and upset. That room wasn’t worth $20. They also advertised free breakfast, there was none. However, I wouldn’t have eaten if they did have it due to the lack of cleanliness. And to top it all off, as we were getting ready to leave in the morning, our key card had stopped working completely. And it was still 2 hours prior to checkout.

Its priced to reflect condition on the property. Its not the condition of a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. No complimentary food. It is a older late model facility.

Close to restaurants and downtown Utica. Priced well for a 1 night stay.
